It's been...conflicting, to say the least. Though I suppose I'm feeling better now than I was before. So, we're in agreement. Our first target is the Hyper Limited, somewhere around that...mansion?

(That said, considering the feats performed by three members of our team, I suppose the answer to your question would be yes.) ... (Before we continue, I would like to ensure what Options A and C are, in case either becomes relevant later in this conversation, or even in a potential second meeting later down the line.) Enemice HL is working with Dr. Doppler and Rika to update the radar to suit the evolved Limited and Extreme of the remaining HEX Adaptor experiments. Eventually, it begins once again showing signs of Limited and Extreme beings other than those already known: a small dot of Extreme, a large dot of Hyper Limited, and one dot of each close together.
If I had to make a guess, I would say those are Experiments #6, #1, and #7. 
I'm not too sure about #6; think we need to analyze that one further†. 
Perhaps. But considering that Limited's evolution was how you and Return iX came to be, I would imagine our first priority would be Experiment #1. If they were used that early on, one can only imagine what's become of them by now... 
...Replicapture's been destroyed. Sorry about Descant; I didn't notice she had come along until well after the search was underway.

Metal Sonic is caught in a Grapple Cable, and slammed into the train station before being pulled back to Silver Sonic II!!
I'm not letting you lay a finger on this city. There's been enough roughhousing already! You've completely failed to realize that the person behind the city's destruction is you. Or rather...this. As Silver Sonic II falls to the ground, Metal Sonic carries him to City Hall, then flies away before any of the (presumably hiding) civilians can see him.

Well, I have bad news. It's quite the opposite. Between HighTower's repeated insistence on winning every encounter he's faced with, despite the obvious stalemates it will forever lead him into, and RotomSlashBlast having "claimed" this arc, yet having given minimal progress over the course of a month and two weeks, including 80 pages, I'd say it's about time some true conflict comes into play. Truth be told, I would have given the Alis something to speed up their arc had RSB not vanished again. If Copy X's death means the continuation of the plot - or rather, the start of an actual plot - so be it. As Libra vanishes, Dangan Man, Descant, iX, Fefnir, and Phantom find themselves out of Neo Arcadia, and unable to return to it.

Mighty, I'm aware the UKR are unlikely to leave here without attempting an attack on us. But being reckless like this isn't going to do us any better here than it did Volt Man and Fang at Doppler Labs.

Silver Beam: (Laser) Silver Sonic II fires a laser from his wrist. Continues to extend until making contact with something.
Photon Missile: (Swift/Missile) Inherited from Mars Hyper Limited. The user fires a missile that remains stationary for a second before flying forward. Can deal damage even when stationary.
*Reference: Sonic the Hedgehog (Archie Comics) #85 [(Truthfully, the only reason I mentioned anything in the nightmare that is Archie Sonic canon is because that's the one place where this character was given a name.)]{spoiler}

After a long journey [(and by that I mean I forgot I would logically be the next person to continue this storyline; my bad)]{spoiler}, the Halberd finally reaches Pop Star, and lands outside Kirby's house.
Truthfully, Kirby, I'm just as surprised that you kept the Love-Love Stick all this time as I am relieved.

The longer it takes, the more time we have to stop it! Barrage Blast: (Flame/Missile) The user fires a swarm of flaming bullets. The bullet count starts at 20, and increases by 10x for each new power level.
Monster Soul: (Shadow/Electric) Built from the data of various monsters built by Rika. The user summons a series of monster-shaped projections that ambush the opponent.

Indeed. I was one of seven-no, eight experiments Team Mecha used, then discarded when they began something they called "HEX Adaptors". They actually altered the Hyper Limited in my body specifically to precent things such as my past death anyway. Whether it was a blessing or a curse, it's hard to say now. Wh-what are you doing? If you're going to sit around and worry about this, it's better you do it where you're not completely deserted. Besides, if Spyborg EX wasn't the end of the problem, then at least half of it is still out there. Neo Arcadia - Throne Room

I highly doubt you're "nobody" if you've been in a scenario where you could claim to be a destructive machine, regardless of how valid the statement was. Compared to what I should have been, it's what I am in truth. Letting my mind be absorbed by the Σ Chip*...becoming a disposable toy for "Team Mecha"...my "supreme power" meant nothing.
