Ultima Demon: *REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!*
An ultima demon then tries to maul one of the UKR soldiers!

And judging by the wail... those fallen under Ultima's spell might have brought some of those Ultima Demons too... I'll be there in a few moments. I swear with my life.
He then lands on a particularly tall building, with a glow surrounding him?
It's go time.
He then soars through the air towards Megatropolis!
Neo ShineSpark - When Hightower runs fast enough of falls fast enough, he can use a more powerful version of the ShineSpark allowing him to travel faster to a location he needs to be.

A chime starts to ring... before suddenly slowing down... more and more until is sounds distorted and a voice starts to be heard by very few around the world...
???: To make the perfect world... you must eliminate all of morality... "Good", "Evil", it will only lead to suffering... so I say to you... give it up, no more worrying about doing the "right thing" or the "wrong thing". All that matters is that this world is cleansed of these "virtues and vices", to ensure our goal is met... and soak, in the blood to all that oppose me. Now then... obey my commands!
Then, something, somewhat horrifying is felt across the world...

Seems like Dual Lucas managed to make it near the end without finding anyone that wasn't the unconcious Kurohebi he's carrying as a cost... how sad, almost as sad as Lost Doll prior to finding her own doll really.
Ok... maybe... just maybe, there's an exit with someone there? I mean... it's just been me, this unconscious guy I'm holding, and those fairy things... god I'm lonely...

Yeah, fair point, but here's the thing. Ultima, seeks to get rid of morality. Good, evil, they want it allllll gone man. Besides the only thing Ultima wants is blood and morality vanquished, meaning it will do it's goal at any cost. Attempting to kill, destroy, etc, just to ensure that it's perfect vision of the world is carried out.
