Clockwork Tower

The Hailstorm lowers the Mecha count significantly, but several Mechas with Freeze resistances still stand, with dozens of Pengs and Nitron Bs assaulting iX!!
Mechabit tries to charge Mandare with a Bit Cannon, only for the behemoth to dig into him with a Tank Drill!!
Tank Drill: (Cutter/Impact) Mandare thrusts his drill arm into the opponent and spins it, tunneling into their body.

Dyna Man walks in, Dynamite Blast in hand, only for a Pyre Fly to suddenly knock both of them down!
Suddenly, hundreds more Mechas reveal themselves amidst the darkness, as does the silhouette: A hulking creature, 15 feet tall, with a strange shape where one end shows a hand and a leg, while the other shows a drill and a tread; almost as if its body disagreed with itself.
You wanted to strike me before I could react.
But what you didn't realize is I'm in control, and I outnumber you.

This freak again*?!
As Meta Knight stands his guard, Daroach lobs three Daroach Fire Bombs at Parallel Meta Knight, and lightning fills the air as Bandanna Dee unleashes a Spear Barrage!!!
Clockwork Tower

(??? Theme) ♫ PROJECT-98 - In The Holy Name ♫
Sanae responds to iX by holding her gohei up to his throat as she walks along. The gohei has a slight green tint to it...
Dyna Man finds the door Tinker Knight was referring to, and puts the gear in place. The gear turns another set of connected gears, and the wall slowly lowers.
The room is pitch black, but a vague silhouette can be seen...
...

Daroach Fire Bomb: (Explode/Flame) Daroach summons a large red bomb that explodes into a pillar of flame after a couple of seconds (or upon being attacked enough).
Triple Spear Throw and Spear Barrage Zap Effect: Upon contact, a lightning bolt will strike the spear, damaging any opponent in the vicinity.
*Reference: Kirby Star Allies - Parallel Meta Knight is the boss of the third level in the Heroes of Another Dimension mode. In said level, Daroach (accompanied by the other Squeaks) is a temporary playable character; thus, I'm going with the idea that he was there for the fight (as well as that any other temporary playable character in each level was there for the respective boss fight).

"Proto hex"...
Tinker Knight ponders for a second, then jumps in panic!
No! Not again! I can barely handle the first-
Tinker Knight ends up running straight into a wall amidst his frenzy. D-R Shark helps him up.
Wait, you're not wearing it?
I couldn't handle it! It couldn't handle me!! So I took it off, and I sealed it where nobody can find it!!
The whole team stands in confusion, save for Sanae.
You just...took it off?
...is that not a thing the other six could do?
Wait, Enemice never said Team Mecha tested Hyper Limited and Extreme together before putting it in an Adaptor...
On top of that, Tinker Knight's the only organic test subject we've come across...
But if it seperated itself from him so simply...
The team comes to a realization.
Tink, we need to know where you put that Adaptor.
It...uh...
Tinker Knight slowly walks up to Dyna Man, and hands him a gear.
Bottom floor. There's a door to the east. Put the gear in, the door will open. I hope you know what you're doing.

Ground Spear Thrust Zap Effect: The user summons two lightning bolts as they swing their spear upwards.

Clockwork Tower

The Moriya Shrine gods and Kogasa find themselves in a dark room deep within the tower. The full DOSBot and Revolt Robot team warps in along with them.
Just as Enemice HL described, the group of 13 finds a small mechanic where the prototype HEX Adaptor supposedly was.
Huh? Who are you and why-
Save your sob stories for hell!!
Yipe!
Sanae flings a high-speed seal at the figure, who just barely avoids it...by tripping over.
They quickly jump back up and step back.
What's going on?! What did I do?!

Gensokyo - Ruined Western Mansion

Sakarin, out of desperation, tries to ram right into the team, only for Sanae to once again block her, smacking her into Sakaros, and slashing both of them into nothingness while screaming at the top of her lungs!!!
Sanae then drops to the ground, her breathing rough and heavy...
...uh...Sanae, you okay?
Shut it, youkai.
San, y'really need to calm down. It ain't like Kogasa's hurtin' any-
The whole team suddenly gets a signal from Doppler Labs.
Guys, you need to finish up quick. Something's going on at the Clockwork Tower.

Gensokyo - Ruined Western Mansion

Sakarin slows herself before the sling can send her knocking into a wall, and while the Rain Flush succeeds at putting out the initial flames and doing a number on Sakaros, the temperature from Sakarin and the existing Heated Breeze is still enough to evaporate the rain before it can touch either!!
Their options running thin, Sanae slices off one of Sakarin's vents and knocks Sakaros off the ceiling, both with a single swing of her Gohei!!

Remembering an earlier encounter with a familiar mirror*, R.O.B. quickly switches back into his normal form and hatches a plan.
*bweep* (Meta Knight, this is going to sound insane, but trust me on this. I want you to fly around the mirror.)
...does this have to do with something that happened at Blackreach*?
... (...the short answer is yes.)
Meta Knight proceeds to use a Shuttle Loop to encircle the mirror, with the Rainbow Galaxia leaving behind a rainbow trail!!
Bandanna Dee and the Squeaks, meanwhile, wait behind R.O.B...
Gensokyo - Ruined Western Mansion

Growing more and more desperate, Sakaros grabs iX with five of her limbs, using the sixth to scorch him with a Blow Dry...which is blocked at the last second by another Earth-God Summon: Shield!!
Meanwhile, with Kogasa helping deflect the frigid temperatures, the other two Moriya gods and the pair of Revolt Robots gang up on Sakarin!!
IT IS EVIDENT THAT THE COLD IS FAR FROM IDEAL.
The thermal maid proceeds to change temperatures, slowly burning the house with a Heated Breeze!!!
Blow Dry: (Wind/Flame) Sakaros uses her blow dryer to blow high-pressure air at her opponent at 900 °C.
Heated Breeze: (Flame/Wind) Sakarin sets her temperature to 1,200 °C and blows light air from her vents.

Chunks of Hyper Limited fly everywhere, including on Sanae's gohei, as Sakaros begins clinging to the ceiling!
NONE HAVE APPEARED! NONE OF QUESTION!
Sakarin floats directly over the two Revolt Robots, preparing a Nitrogen Drip...
...only to be blocked by a flock of umbrellas!
Sorry to drop in la-
...whaat the HECK is that?!

Nitrogen Drip: (Freeze/Water) Sakarin rains down liquid nitrogen, dealing damage and potentially Freezing opponents.

Frozen: A status effect where the target is immobilized and encased in ice. How long it lasts depends on the surrounding temperature, both from the area and from attacks. Can also be broken faster (but much more painfully) if an ally or opponent uses a strong physical attack.
OOC: Want to be clear just in case; just because the Ruined Western Mansion is where this is taking place doesn't mean I plan on claiming the Prismriver Sisters.

Testing out the ability to use another type "bubble" within an existing "bubble" and what happens if I place yet another type "bubble" after the "end" of what's meant to be the "double bubble"

Continuing by testing having one internal "bubble" and then having another such "bubble" (Apparently it messes up the first bubble if I don't do it just right)

Then showing what happens when I try to use Neutral alongside another type in a "bubble"; in this case, Freeze (Never mind, I didn't realize Neutral is always meant to be formatted as "None")

Well, I know for sure you're wrong about-
DO NOT DOUBT US, INSOLENT DEITY.
Sakarin blasts the team with a stream of Chilled Air!!
Suwako tries to prepare a Spell Card, only to be hit with a Feather Smack by Sakaros!!
Chilled Air: (Freeze/Wind) Sakarin sets her temperature to −200 °C and blows air from her vents at full force.
Feather Smack: (Wind/Impact) Sakaros whacks the opponent with her feather duster, dealing damage while also obscuring their vision with dust.

As Bandanna Dee runs outside, spear in hand, Meta Knight uses his Rainbow Galaxia to Drill Rush one of the Despair Troops!!
For a moment, R.O.B. is distracted with familiar, painful memories...
Isle of Ancients - Subspace Bomb Factory, 2008*

As the Ancient Minister stands before a group of six, a red hologram appears behind him.
R.O.B.s, we will not let this rebellion continue further. Prepare the Subspace Bombs.
The Minister rushes to the front of the R.O.B. Army.
... (I demand you stop. Even if the situation is dire, the Subspace Bombs will be just as destructive to us as it is to our enemies.)
The red hologram holds out his fist. In it is a small device, with a button on one end.
You seem to misunderstand something, Minister.
The figure presses the button.
You don't possess the power to make these choices. I do.
The R.O.B. Army's eyes glow red, and they dart towards the Subspace Bombs.
...! (No! This is insane! This will kill us all!!)
Growing desperate, the Ancient Minister begins shoving his people out of the way of the Subspace Bombs!
You're hopeless. You agreed to destruction, yet when we're left without a choice, you hold back.
Perhaps the Subspace Army would benefit without your people. Especially without you.
The device is activated again, but this time a command is given as well...
R.O.B.s. Kill the Ancient Minister. He doesn't lead you.
The R.O.B.s begin to shake, and proceed to take aim at the Ancient Minster, blasting him with lasers until he's engulfed in flames...
Pop Star, Present Day

R.O.B. snaps out of his trance.
... (...never again.)
More motivated than ever, R.O.B. plants his arms on the ground, leans his head forward, rotates it, and blasts the Despair Troops with a Super Diffusion Beam!!!
Super Diffusion Beam: (Laser/Explode) R.O.B. fires a gigantic, continuous laser from his eyes, which splits into four smaller lasers after traveling a certain distance.

Rika leans into the radar, and recoils just after.
Uh, Doppler, En, you two might wanna check this out.
The tank girl and the two Reploids analyze the large dot of Hyper Limited. Its shape is changing constantly, as if defying the radar's circular identification, or...
I don't think that's one big dot. I think that's three dots.

Gensokyo - Ruined Western Mansion

Li'l Miss Marshmallow teeters, totters, and topples from the onslaught of iX's Heliotrope!!
As she falls to the ground, two opposing doors open, revealing a pair of figures similar to the defeated maid robot...but also highly dissimilar. To the right, six legs emerge from the doorway, with the ends alternating between feet and various cleaning and self-care items, a different one for each limb. From the left, something floats in with no legs at all, but instead to gigantic devices attached to the machine's back.
THIS IS CERTAINLY A MESS YOU HAVE MADE.
THE FLOOR, RUINED! THE WALLS, RUINED! THE ONE MEANT TO CLEAN THE RUINED THINGS, RUINED!
ONLY ONE THING CAN BE DONE IN RESPONSE.
YES! A PERFECT CHOICE! A WONDERFUL CHOICE! A SUBLIME CHOICE INDEED!!
The right figure prepares four of its six legs, while the left opens up what appear to be vent flaps on its giant, blocky devices.
INSTANT MURDER.

Outside Kirby's House
... (We are well aware of the ill effects Grey Matter has had on your men. But we have our suspicions that higher-level military members are using such manipulation in unison with another strategy of theirs to further their goals, and further put us at an unjust disadvantage*.)
... (Be it Dark Matter or Grey Matter, I'll admit our knowledge of the winged one is limited. But hostile Dark Matter and Grey Matter has been appearing as of late, particularly in Blackreach Forest and Dueler's Peak. The monkey mentioned by the man who hacked your weapons was among those corrupted.)
... (It's important to note that forces beyond your own understanding are very dangerous, and even if they claim to be willing to further your goals, it may be a front so they can climb the ranks and abandon you in favor of their goals.)
R.O.B. briefly closes his eyes, then raises and lowers his torso as if taking a deep breath. He then leans forward.
... (...Do you know of the Subspace Army?)

Mystic Ruins
My relationship with the doctor is actually rather...complicated. That's actually the part I was most worried about discussing.
In any case, what happened at Station Square was actually because of something affecting Silver Sonic II.
Put simply, an experiment he was forced into roughly a month ago caused him to slowly lose his understanding of morality, and he had already made a significant mess of the city by the time I was there.
My goal was just to undo the experiment's effects; similar experiments have actually shown up elsewhere, and if I find any, my plan is to stop them as well.
None of this is for Eggman's benefit, but rather to prevent potential disaster.
If any of this sounds vague, let me point out a relevant party that at least two of your friends should know about that provide further context just from mention: Team Mecha.

Outside Doppler Labs

Shadow Digital freezes, horrified about what the sapient Pokémon would have to say about 'M FF ethically. Dark Elf responds in his stead.

Outside Kirby's House
...
Meta Knight walks up to the table R.O.B. and the Diplomat are standing (sitting? IDK) at.
Truthfully, I have several reasons not to believe you're going to handle this as peacefully and ethically as you claim you will.
Obviously, the first thing that I notice is, again, that you put Pop Star under what you call "Option A" despite, or maybe even because of, no higher figures being present to argue. I'll admit, Daroach has a point: some of that blame falls on me. But even I've attempted a mostly non-violent conquest on the planet before*, and I was stopped in a manner of minutes. I have no doubt that with the newfound awareness of your control, history will repeat itself.
In fact, just about any attempt at controlling Pop Star ends the same: With the opposition of just one, sometimes four citizens, the main force behind the conquest is overthrown, or more often, killed.
Speaking of said tyrants, my greatest concern lies with your higher-ups. And I don't mean Kilroy.
Several sources have made it evident that you're using Dark Matter, Grey Matter, or both, to further your plans. Grey Matter is admittedly a rather foreign concept to me, but I know for certain with or without your control of Pop Star, your pact with Dark or Grey Matter will be your downfall, and will almost definitely lead to the "winged one"† absorbing your forces for their own destructive wishes, or destroying them outright.
R.O.B. clamps his hands together, as if folding them.
... (I was hoping the negotiation could conclude without mention of Dark or Grey Matter, but I'd have to agree that your use of them makes me rather skeptical. I also say this from past experience.)

Doppler Labs

Shadow Digital decides to keep 'M FF outside of their‡ ball for a while, outside the lab.
Digital, nobody's even around to know about this.
Well, I don't wanna take chances right now. Just feels like a bad idea.
...they at least don't know TM05, right?
Yup. They just learned Leech Seed in its place.
...please tell me you didn't make them go attack people just to get to Level 234§.
Actually, it just kinda...happened. Dunno why; these kinds of Pokémon are funky like that.

Hot Tea: (Water/Flame) The user splashes multiple targets with a cup of absurdly hot tea. Like, third-degree burn level hot.
