Bottomless Potato Sack: Literally just an endless source of potatoes.
Potato Cannon: Exactly what it's called. Uses pressurized air to shoot potatoes(or other similarly sized objects) at an adjustable strength. Its range can be anywhere between hardly two meters and several miles, but even the lowest setting does decent damage and has huge knockback.
Customized Copper Backtank: A self-renewing pressurized air tank worn on one's back, good for anything from scuba diving to the Potato Cannon. The decals go great with Tedd's robes.

Not necessarily. Their electric attacks would get stronger for sure, but the all-out increase only happens if your whole being is linked to the same type as the Star.
For example, elementals would definitely get the buff, but for the average humanoid... not sure. Maybe our magical buddy Mirabilis over there.

Mirabilis feels an increased flow of magic through her, or whatever the FE equivalent of the phenomenon is, while she's in direct contact with the Star or has it on her person.
