Spectrum kneels, Refraction takes a lot out of him, even if it was just to prime the prism for it.

Doc Elite defuses.

Dark goes to help out Tiny, and Doc confronts Spectrum.

Doc: So. What's with the prism?

Spectrum: Oh. You and that Dark Man must be the, well, punks, that Topaz referred to?

Doc: Probably, but uh, I never saw a Topaz back then. So I'll ask again. What's up with the prism?

Spectrum: Spectrum holds it in his palm

Spectrum: Wel, I picked up a lot of readings in the Diamond's cave, I presume you know of her, mostly omni readings, but also of Tiny's hovercar. So I went to inquire, and long story short, she added some of her power to this prism.


Spectrum fires a beam into the prism, creating a rainbow that covers Doc's face until he moves aside.

Spectrum: So now, it'a connected to their, mind space or if I'm not mistaken? Not every type has a corresponding kin however, so Topaz was brand new. As far as I'm aware, the new ones are based off a singular trait, but not as much as the originals were.

Spectrum: Whatever the specifics are, it's a mutual benefit. I have an army, and The Diamond has more splits to work with. Well. In theory at least.

Spectrum seems to have made a lot of what he said up, or at least isn't quite certain.

Encore flinches, the drills tip touches the shield and explodes
Encore however is unharmed?

Encore using his hand creates an Acid Barrier.

Terian has no idea what Encore is doing. Beating the shit out of Revo as payback for injuring him? Distracting him so he could escape? Maybe he has another gooey bomb?

So thats what the feeling on his leg was.

Using some of the little strength he has left, he punches the wall behind him as hard as possible, it really hurts, but he uses one of the broken pieces to scrape the bomb of his leg with his other hand.

Not being one to endanger people who are already dead...
