To further emphasize her already visible unease, Meandra stands deathly still with a face displaying both confusion and fear and grips her staff as if it were a rope she's hanging on to for dear life. The air in her immediate vicinity noticeably cools, and the beads of dew in her hair and sweat on her forehead subtly frost over.

The glass cracking nearly sends Mighty falling backwards onto the tiny turret newly positioned behind his back.
He stares, startled, for a few seconds.

Seeing her Big Hammer slashed to pieces and then those pieces crushed to slush, Meandra opts to widen the spout of water into a barrier between Yo.C.Tsune and everyone else, then slides down as it freezes into a hopefully less permeable form with thick spikes facing Big Sharpie.

As the fistful of dice converges upon Mighty's location, he lifts his hands in front of himself and

As the eight distinct small puffs of smoke clear and the dice realize they're embedded in walls opposite where they were a moment ago, Mighty silently stares at the unfolding carnage... his breathing gets heavier, but this is more anger than panic. He quickly zips around to the other side of the machine, finding a control panel with all sorts of arcane input methods, including trackpad-die hybrids.
Fine! Fine. They wanna put reality through a blender, let's see how they like it.
What- is this French? Goddammit. Okay, while I figure this out, I shouuuld...
A metal object can be heard dropping, followed by various mechanical buzzing noises.

Magic Explosion(Magic/Explode): Summons a detonation out of nowhere in any spot the user wishes, albeit within a rather short distance from them.

Seeing an opening, Meandra uses Yo.C.Tsune being busy with the swords(probably) to gain the high ground with a pillar of water erupting beneath her... It gets cold. Her staff begins freezing over, the rod of ice rapidly extending behind her and turning into a gigantic hammer made entirely of ice!

And then she swings it.

Whatever snarky remark Mighty was about to make gets interrupted by the rebound laser knocking him over. Then it starts right back up when he stands upright
Yeah. Uhuh. Over my dead body will you "get in charge". You're hardly the best effort towards that I've taken care of. Your ridiculous God complex, on the other hand, is top-tier! So good job on that, I guess.
The following takeoff from the ground nearly crumples it up in the opposite direction as he lunges straight at the d20 with a fist raring to go straight through their torso.

With a strong surge of mist(read: thematically-appropriate wind), the water mage attempts to force the children and the swordsman a fair distance from each other, keeping herself, the unknown benefactor and the two quarrelling wizards in between while also giving Yo.C.Tsune a very serious glare.
Everything we've come across seems to be after the kids, and I! Do! Not! Like that!

Meandra backpedals by letting herself get blown back by the force of a geyser that springs up to meet Yo.C.Tsune's downward slash and attempts to freeze it around the blade.

Mighty mumbles under his breath, but just loudly enough to be heard Yeah, 'cuz you've done a great job killing us so far.
With a mock karate chop, a laser beam is blasted directly at the rapidly-approaching Dodecazenith, aimed carefully to go straight through the split in their head and strike the eye.
Oh, and what's up with the pickle person over there? Can't do jack yourself, and nobody listens to your self-righteous Saturday morning cartoon villain crap, so you had to kidnap a battery or somethin'?

Meandra just looks around with an utterly confounded face when the smoke clears. Then she notices the giant swordsman staring her down and... just... stares back.
...Hi?

Light travels slower through water than through air, but sound speeds up. DrillMan◇ finds this out the hard way as a loud NO! pierces his mics at the same moment a vortex of hot mud attempts to pull him down into the ground while getting into all the gaps and hopefully jamming his drills, limbs and so on before he turns Orange into a paste. The safety water balloon dissolves and the air around Meandra feels cold, her eyes wide from shock now also showing hints of aggression as the relentless mud whirlpool starts cooling down rapidly... and it's never a pretty sight when something like ice starts expanding inside one's body.

Hey. Just a brotip: you could get way more out of your interactions by being a bit more descriptive in what an attack looks like, e.g. go more into detail into what the children got blasted with and how. Also, you can say what an attack does in general and what it SHOULD do to someone else's characters, but you can't decide what it WILL do, both because you don't control them and because you may have missed a detail that could change the outcome. Don't be stupid and act like a character is untouchable, though. That's no fun.

Before making contact with the children, the Drill Man knockoff is blasted to the side by a torrent of hot water which also turns the ground where he stood to mud.

Meandra falls out of the rift, doing an uncharacteristic roll across the ground to avoid getting crushed by the water balloon she's dragging behind her to break the others' fall. When they eventually come out too, they find her sitting on the ground rubbing her temples.

What the fuuuuThere aren't any concrete floors inside the building despite the spacing of the exterior windows. There is, however, concrete. How, how do I find my way around this? Concrete pillars, arches, platforms and stairways, a good deal of them leading nowhere, entire closed-off rooms with shuttered windows amd doors maybe not opening into a free fall... All besides the openings is made out of perfectly still, nondescript, plain grey concrete.

What a mess!Well... do we just... pick a staircase and head up? I guess so.

The stranger does just that, taking a spiral one right next to the wall he busted through.

Having frozen her staff to the ground and her feet to the ground and her hands to her staff, Meandra has a very solid foothold... but the rift keeps pulling. Seeing the children about to fall in, however, she immediately seems to change her mind.
Make way!!!
The ice breaks. She just lets go and starts running at the rift, a faint blue cloud of afterimages surrounding her as he makes a headfirst dive in, falling ahead of everyone else! Once she's a good distance ahead, she begins trailing a giant blob of water behind her so to break everyone's fall on the other side.

Meandra takes a moment to think, then swings her staff like a baseball bat, striking the base of each pillar of flame with a perfectly-shaped cannonball-sized sphere of water, dousing them as well as blasting anything near them with an impact comparable to getting run over by a stray metal barrel.

He winces at the shards of glass flying about, but after some two minutes, the stranger has not only broken the window, but gouged out the concrete of the tower to create a passage he can comfortably walk through instead of crawling. With his bare hands.
