So This Probably Is supposed to be Strategies, But one thing you could do is Grind a bit In Gentle Countryside until you can Beat him.
Another Way is to Get robots that have his Weakness, The downside is that you won't get him.
Hope this helps a bit.

Sorry For Reviving This Dead Thread. But 1.7.4 is here With a new easter egg!
So Basically Restart The game. And on the Screen that says "Mega Man and All Related Content". Type In 30XX, a little jingle should play, Then The 30XX Title Theme Will Play ( This Song Here ), And then can be used in Levels.
EDIT: And we Also Have A Larger Level Limit (100), And the head Of Bari III Can Press Astro Buttons!

Comic Formatting Makes Things Easier If You Either Want To Tell A Story, Or Roleplaying.
And The New Sprite X And Y Thing Can Be Used for some Cool things.
