Monster Pill - With it's origins coming from the mario kart arcade games, the monster pills were developed as a counter to the power pellet's effects on ghosts, with an upgraded version that allows the ghosts to make a sort of "reverse Pac-man situation". How and why would Toc-Man get himself both versions?
