Before I start thinking what gimmick im gonna use to my Raid Boss, i will heavily nerf some of my weapons:
Super Boost: now may choose a stat to boost 5 stages, but the others only get a 2-stage buff.
Super Break: increased cost to 40 and now lowers the attack of the target with most of it by 4 stages, a chosen target's Defense by 4 stages, and a random target's Speed to the max.
Neutral Overdrive: Removed the previous debuff I used in this raid, but damage is now spread equally in targets, instead of just hit all(kinda like Flash Stopper) Also increased cost to 15.
Motivation: Now needs 400 HP for an AP, and cannot be used 3 turns in a row.
Chronostone: Increased cost to 20, but removed consecutive use penalty.

Tell me if you think another weapon needs balancing(all of them maybe)

Also I'll be buying a Dark Star, two Gifts from your number-one fan(plus 2 multipliers) and 12 Anti-Energy Pellets.

After we go, the trader disappears.

We keep heading to the small town(3/4 turns left, 14:30)

As the Toxin Jab kills 2 Battons, all of the rest deals 4 damage to Rogue(and he cant parry anymore cuz he parried so much his daggers are now broken)
And dealing 10 damage to Alicia, almost disabling her.
