Ray: My goal Mayor Dorado, is just simple, I am trying to keep track of a few things... First, the people. I just want to check up on people's mental health to make sure that there's less mad scientists and Wily-type fiends. Second, the problems with certian... types of machinery. Take in example, Gamma. The one peace keeping robot that was hijacked, so we don't go through things like THAT disaster again. And last but not least, taxes. Yes, taxes. You can slowly figure it out from there. So, if you can even tell, i'm just looking out for the people's mental health and to avoid anymore of those Wily related incidents and keep
some form of peace to keep this town safe.
