@MegaBoyX7 : Beta is correct. Adding another user's previous message to your message is, well, I'd say it's not against the rules, but I would prefer not to deal something like this. Also, since there is merely two sentences instead of three, I shall say that if your post isn't edited to either add another sentence or edit the phrasing to make one of those sentences two by 5 pm PST, I'd have to void the post

Name: Rocket Grunt
Core: Shadow
Health: 180
Attack 1: Rattata
Attack/Power Description: This attack is determined by a Die Roll, these results are:
1-2: Tackle- Rattata rushes into the opponent, inflicting 30 Neutral Damage
3-4: Quick Attack- Flip three coins, Rattata inflicts 20 Neutral damage per heads
5-6: Rock Smash- Rattata bashes into the target, inflicting 30 Impact Damage, and for 3 turns, the opponent takes 10 more damage from attacks, the effect doesn't stack
Attack 2: Koffing
Attack 2 Description: This attack is determined by a Die Roll, these results are:
1-2: Pound- Koffing bashes into the opponent, inflicting 30 Neutral Damage
3-4: Poison Gas- Koffing leaks a poisonous gas from its body, Poisoning the opponent
5-6: Smog- Koffing covers the area in an unhealthy Smog, inflicting 30 Shadow Damage and healing the user by 10 Health
Resistance: Shadow
Weakness: Earth
Flavor Text: A Team Rocket member of the lowest class. Usually incompetent and only have their assigned Rattata and Koffing, a Rocket Grunt with a Gastly or Oddish is a rare sight.

Name: Rocket Executive
Core: Shadow
Health: 110
Attack 1: Vileplume
Attack/Power Description: This attack is determined by a Die Roll, the results are:
1-2: Mega Drain- Vileplume drains the life force of the opponent, inflicting 30 Nature Damage and healing the user by 30 health
3-4: Poisonpowder- Vileplume shoots a poisonous powder at high speeds from its petals, inflicting 10 Neutral Damage and Poisoning the opponent
5-6: Petal Dance- Vileplume attacks the opponent with a Storm of Petals, inflicting 60 Nature Damage, but Vileplume cannot be used for the next turn.
Attack 2: Haunter
Attack 2 Description: This attack is determined by a Die Roll, the results are:
1-3: Hypnosis/DreamEater- Haunter devastates the opponent with this powerful, energy-sucking attack. Flip a coin, if heads, Haunter inflicts 60 Shadow Damage and the user recovers 40 Health, if tails, the move does nothing.
4-6: Shadow Ball- Haunter fires off a ball of energy at the opponent, inflicting 50 Shadow Damage
Resistance: Shadow
Weakness: Crystal
Flavor Text: A Team Rocket member of a high class. This member is always respected by the lower Grunts and either receive their stronger Pokemon by stealing them from twerps or raising them from the ground up.

Name: Meowth
Core: Neutral
Health: 150
Power: Technician
Power Description: If, by either a Support or Field card lowering damage or an opponent's resistance, an attack Meowth uses will inflict less than 40 damage, that damaged is multiplied by 1.5x, rounded up, i.e Meowth fighting an opponent with a resistance to neutral, Scratch would inflict only 20 damage, but Technician boosts that to 30 (as 20 x 1.5 = 30)

Attack 2 Description: Meowth claws at the opponent, inflicting 50 damage
Attack 3: Poison Fang
Attack 3 Description: Meowth bites the opponent with its fangs, inflicting 40 damage. Flip a coin, if heads, the opponent is also Poisoned
Resistance: Nature
Weakness: Impact
Flavor Text: Meowth adores round objects. It wanders the streets on a nightly basis to look for dropped loose change.

Name: Mirror B
Core: Crystal
Health: 210
Power: Crystal Dance Room
Power Description: If the player owns any other RM Cards that are Crystal-Core or know the attacking move "Pose" Rain Dish recovers 10 more Health per turn and Ludicolo Ring inflicts 10 more damage per coin flip.
Attack 2: Rain Dish
Attack 2 Description: The user becomes Rain Dished. If an RM Card is Rain Dished, for 4 turns they will recover 10 health per turn and be immune to Water-Core moves.
Attack 3: Ludicolo Ring
Attack 3 Description: Mirror B attempts to break the Ludicolos from their dancing fever and attack the opponent. Flip 4 coins, Mirror B will inflict 20 Damage per heads
Resistance: Nature
Weakness: Shadow
Flavor Text: Mirror B is known as an Admin of Cipher and the boss of Team Miror. He's a Wanderer with an enjoyment for dancing, he often attracts a ring of Ludicolos that also enjoy dancing.

Name: Napstablook
Core: Neutral
Health: 220
Power: Not Feeling Up to it Right Now, Sorry
Power Description: Every other turn, Napstablook will be unable to use Tear Shower
Attack 2: Dapper Blook
Attack 2 Description: Flip a coin, if tails, Napstablook recovers 30 health, if heads, Napstablook inflicts 30 damage.
Attack 3: Tear Shower
Attack 3 Description: Napstablook showers the area in tears. Roll a die, and whatever number the user gets, multiply it by 10, and that will be the damage Napstablook inflicts.
Resistance: none
Weakness: none

Name: Mettaton
Core: Shadow
Health: 180
Attack 1: MTT Quiz
Attack Description: The user may ask the opponent a question that has to be multiple choice, with 2-6 options for the opponent to choose as the answer. At least one of the options have to be the right one, and the opponent can choose not to answer and automatically take damage. If the opponent is correct, nothing happens, if they are wrong, they lose 50% of their current health (rounded up).
Attack 2: Explosive Performance
Attack 2 Description: Mettaton showers the battlefield with explosives, inflicting 50 Explode Damage on the opponent.
Attack 3: Soul-to-Soul Talk
Attack 3 Description: Mettaton attacks the opponent with his Soul, shooting beams of energy around the field and jumping around erratically. The attack will inflict 90 damage onto the opponent and 20 damage onto Mettaton.
Resistance: Impact
Weakness: Explode

Name: Mad Dummy
Core: Impact
Health: 220
Power: idiot! Idiot! IDIOT!
Power Description: Mad Dummy can attack thrice on the first turn he's out, then once per four turns. i.e using Knife once and Dummy Support twice when idiot! Idiot! IDIOT! activates.
Attack 2: Knife
Attack 2 Description: Mad Dummy throws his knife at the opponent to inflict 70 Cutter Damage however, Mad Dummy can only use this once per battle...
Attack 3: Dummy Support
Attack 3 Description: Mad Dummy calls for support on the battlefield, inflicting 30 damage plus 10 Laser Damage.
