@SnakeManGil : You can actually find Sniper Joe Rarely in the Mecha Field

How do I know that Sniper Joe can appear without seeing him? Simple, for example, Splash Woman appears in the robot field even though you didn't get her

needle-man Needle Man - Shoots Needles that can stick to enemies and shoots them diagonally when in the air
magnet-man Magnet Man - Summons a Magnet Missile that can home on enemies vertically and diagonally and can attract items with his Magnet Pulse
gemini-man Gemini Man - Shoots a Zodiac Gemini Laser and can summon a Gemini Clone to assist him
hard-man Hard Man - Shoots a Powerful Hard Knuckle and can crush enemies when in the air, sadly moves slower than all robots
top-man Top Man - Summons 3 Tops to attack enemies and can perform a Top Spin when in the air, this can be charged on ground to release a Top Twister!
snake-man Snake Man - Shoots Search Snakes that act similar to Bubble Lead and can climb on walls
spark-man Spark Man - Summons 8 Dynamo Sparks and can charge to release a Hyper Spark Shock. He can also deflect some projectiles
shadow-man Shadow Man - Shoots Shadow Blade Shuriken's and can also be able to slide

Description: Mega Man has been saved by a unknown robot presumably made by Dr. Thomas X. Light, but Dr. Albert W. Wily was no where to be found and was presumed dead. Peace had been returned to the world until a new force of robots attacked the city. These Robots were made from a Russian Scientist known as Dr. Mikhail S. Cossack. With Mega Man out of commission with needs of repairs, the I.C. Chips of Dr. Wily's 2nd set of robots were used to recreate the robots and help Mega Man before it is too late. Who is this new Antagonist? Where is Dr. Wily?
