But Yeah, If You Use Voltaic Beam Underwater, It Gets Electrocuted, But It Doesn't Affect Mega Man, It Only Electrocutes For 5 Seconds

And If You Use Cool Buster (A Ice Weapon), It Freezes The Water, If Mega Man Is In The water When Used then he gets frozen in place, You Can Only Get Unfrozen On Unfreeze the water by Using Evaporated Geyser.
