The ground, once a empty black, has now been painted with ice shards, a whitish blue liquid, and fragments of various weaponry. It looked like two armies had fought against one another on this shrouded plain, and in a way, it did indeed occur like that.

Flying forth like a hawk, Meta Brigand switches from an axe to a chainbow, firing a barrage of arrows at the false guardian angel. Like the creature had done five times before, it swats aside the arrows like they were gnats. Counting on this, Brigand fires the rest of the chamber and manages to score some critical hits, being enough to undo the effects of 20 seconds of auto-regen.
Give it up fool! Your lifeforce shrinks even now! Eventually, one slap from my glove would be enough to send your body skidding across the floor.

However, due to being chained up for so long by those strange green men, no one heard his cry. It, after the second call, had already known about this little problem but still tried it anyways. To the angel, it seemed that the dark puffball hadn't caught on quite yet to what it was attempting to do. Even it wasn't quite sure what it was doing, simply remembering bits and pieces of data from the time it was chained and studied. All it knew was that should it worked that it may finally find a way out of this nightmare.

As AV casted Astral Flow to no effect, Brigand switched to his axe and swooped downwards, seemingly trying to lob the creature's head off. It emitted a sound before being enveloped in a shell of invincibility, bouncing the knight away in time for it to cast Comet on him. Though to the average person that sound could of meant anything, Brigand knew what it was. Laughter.

Shaking off the asteroid, he lands and strikes the ground, creating a rupture that spews out ice shards. Though they did no actual damage worth writing home about, they still managed to hurt the creature even in its invincible state, albeit serving as nothing more than paper cuts which would be patched up just as fast. Of course, this was Brigand's plan. Though he could kill it with enough time, he desired something more. To him, he had demonstrated that he was the superior one yet the creature, regardless of what its intelligence may be, refused to kneel and die. This wasn't because it sought a challenge but because it refused to acknowledge the truth. Though Brigand initially wanted to simply kill it to become stronger, pride had crept in from his heart to take control of his mind and body. He didn't just wish to break the angel's body, but its spirit. And no matter how quickly it may heal, it still felt pain. He just had to keep up the pressure and the pain and eventually something would have to give.

Some of the Torpor units get into a defensive stance, taking chip damage while the others . Some of the soldiers are hitting them with the blunt end of their rifles while others are trying to calm the crowd through non-lethal means. The guntruck is slightly moved but is still able to target some of the demons and fires with fury.

The demon easily tears through the soldier while a burst of thunder erupts from a guntruck, tearing the demon asunder.
