* Fun fact: Syo was originally Kyo's very first design if I'm not mistaken, and was a striker in KOF 2000, voiced by the same man who did KUSANAGI in KOF 2002/2003. Yet... I have this other stupid headcanon that he has the voice of Peter Kelamis, the first voice of Goku.

In one hell of a stormy day in some sort of city, it appears that there's what I can only describe as a "massive, yet kind of glorious bloodbath" with an entire police force dead. Unalive, red, and cut into bits and pieces. With a man in black standing over it all...
