So upon thinking about the fairly active role you can give the mechas now...

Tedious, but interesting to see the mechas get stronger as well

What about events like Mecha Player Battles where players battle with the Mechas they raised instead of the Robot Masters? Maybe there could be some battles where the player controls eight Mechas and fights eight other Mechas. I really feel that the Mecha concept can be taken further.

I will admit that I used the 9999 stat robots from other players as well. This does slow down getting people to max stats quite a lot, though. Think the next update could include some boss fights that have at least 1000 stats?

EDIT: WHEW! 1024 Stars...the amount of effort needed to get a strong Starforce gets crazier with more games represented. I did some math, and when MM5 gets added to the game...there would be a total of 1600 Stars to get. Sure makes players keep coming back to the game, but man it's a lot of work. Now to get the MM3 Robots up to max stats, then after that get all mechas up to 100. Yes, I am trying to do as much of the game as I can.

EDIT2: UGH...there's a max stat increase of 50 now? At least I only have 8 RMs to level up, but I think this nerf wasn't necessary.

1 on 1 isn't a good test and is really hard to defend against. Just pick the best robot to use against your opponent and you'll win every time. I guess I'll have to revise my robot abilities...but I really would prefer 8 on 8.

I still dislike the Player Battle system...I have one guy that seems to be taking advantage of my Starforce to boost his BP, and I can't even fight back against the guy because he doesn't show up among the choices of players I can fight. Also, why was the Player Battle system reduced to 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3 matches? I REALLY still wish I could opt out of this system, as it's getting really annoying to see people still take advantage of the hard work I put into this to their benefit.

With new Robot Masters comes more Stars, and geez, it's been exhausting. I think if I compare all of the work I've done so far to the time the MM5 and MM6 Robot Masters come out...that future work is probably double what I got now. For now, time to take a breather and talk about this milestone. I don't have all of the possible Stars at this point, but I think I just need to do more match ups between the MM1 and MM3 Robot Masters. So for now, here is Star #900:

900 Stars...and I STILL got more to find...

I have returned to first place...some may say I am the Top Man now. As for the difficulty of the battles up here, let my good friend Hard Man tell you how it is. ...And I drew a blank after that, usually I don't "try" to make some puns. Ah well, I guess this post is long enough.

@MegaBossMan : Because Water is the most powerful element in your stats, due to Starforce. Cores apparently sell better if you get more Starforce. Reggae wants Flame Cores from me so bad that he'll pay 16k Zenny for them...that's almost a third of a new Robot Master field!

I know not many people will say this, but what pleasantly surprised me this update is that the game actually runs a little bit faster than before. My matches are loading significantly faster than before, and I am enjoying the "event" matches when going after the MM3 RMs and their Stars. Too bad you need to actually buy the field before you can unlock the RMs you beat in battle (I encountered Spark Man outside of his stage, but since I didn't buy his stage yet, I didn't unlock him when I defeated him).

I'm just hesitant on selling Field/Fusion Stars since I just don't know if I can earn them back. I'd rather obtain as much power as I can so my robots can defend me when I get challenged, so I'm selling items and cores that I come across so I can get all of the Robot Masters. At this time I got Gemini Man and Shadow Man, saving up for Snake Man next.

I come all the time as a guest, logging in sometimes to play or to post. I mainly view as a guest to try to avoid people challenging my robots, but with the upcoming update I feel a little better with my robots defending me. I need people to get discouraged to face my team. I got way too many losses...

And the Hype Train is ahead of schedule...I guess either something game-breaking was found, or Adrian had a little more on his plate than he revealed. Well, guess the new tentative release date might be this weekend? This is kind of what happens when you set an estimated date of release and what happens when it does not actually release on said date. Maybe in the future Adrian should not set any expectations as far as possible release dates...

Friday seems pretty likely...it gives him enough time to check for more bugs. The update won't happen until he takes the server offline first, though. Of course, knowing that MegaBossMan is in constant contact with Adrian, the day the MM3 robots arrive is the instant MBM's avatar changes to Gemini Man...probably.

Inb4, and I'll do this FFXII Gambit-style:

1. If Enemy is/Enemies are weak to Water, Rain Flush.
2. If Enemy is/Enemies are weak to Time, Flash (Time) Stopper.
3. If Enemy is/Enemies are weak to Crystal, Gemini Laser.
4. If Enemy in sight, strongest elemental/neutral attack.

Works everytime, maybe except for 3 since Gemini Laser will be fairly weak until Crystal Man comes along.

I didn't think that it was going to come out that soon at least. I'm expecting more around the time of my surgery, which is on Tuesday. I think Adrian had a little too much on his plate to finish that soon. Didn't he say he needed to take the game offline first for some final testing?

So we can actually choose the fields that the robots defending the players are played on, our Starforce data can be applied, and even increase the likeihood of our favorite robots appearing in Player Battles? I think my work grinding those long hours to produce max stat robots will finally make me the hardest player to beat in the Player Battles. :P

EDIT: I need this boost, since I have the most losses of any player now...
