You shove Bob into your coat and tell James to cover his blue hair, which he does. But it's not enough [Roll: 27, -95 Sneak]!

The cops can only stare on in confusion.
Eventually, though the alleygoers catch on to your plan and give you a nod as they escape. You end up throwing the mallet to attract even more attention.
Everyone in the alley is now gone, save for you, Bob, James and the cops, who are becoming a little wary at you.
