@Diver Dave : You can only have one weakness and one resistance. Other than that, your card is pretty alright.

Name: TailsMK4
Core: Space & Electric

Power: Cosmic Discharge
Power Description: If damaged by a Space-type attack, the user's next attack goes up by 40. (if the attack is a multi-hit, apply to last hit.)
Attack 2: Meteor Blast
Attack 2 Description: Flip a coin to decide how many meteors will be spawned for 30 damage each. If heads, two meteors will spawn. If tails, four meteors will spawn.
Attack 3: Electric Orb
Attack 3 Description: Fires a charged particle of energy for 30 damage and has a 30% chance to cause Paralysis

Name: Spark Man
Core: Electric
Health: 150
Power: Energy Spike
Power Description: Spark Man's next attack goes up by 30 if he attacked the target with an electric-core move the previous turn.
Attack 2: Spark Shock
Attack 2 Description: The user sends a small ball of energy to the target for 50 damage. If Spark Charge was used the previous turn, the attack does 100 damage instead and paralyzes.
Attack 3: Spark Charge
Attack 3 Description: The user spends the turn charging up Spark Shock and takes 10 less damage while charging.
Resistance: Water
Weakness: Cutter

Name: Glyde
Core: Wind
Health: 220
Power: Ego Power
Power Description: The opponent can use a turn to either Boo Glyde, witch increases his Attack by 40 and lowers his Defense by 30, or Applause Glyde, Increasing his defense by 30, and lowering his attack by 20, and disables Giga Star on the next turn
Attack 2: Star Beam
Attack 2 Description: Flip 3 coins, for each coin that is heads, it does 30 damage.
Attack 3: Giga Star
Attack 3 Description: Glyde fires a larger star that does 70 damage and flip a coin, if tails, the attack does a extra 30 damage.
Resistance: Laser
Weakness: Impact

Name: Ring Man
Core: Cutter
Health: 200
Attack 1: Ring Boomerang
Attack 1 Description: The user throws a wide boomerang that attacks the opponent, flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 40 damage, if tails, 80 damage.
Attack 2: Ring Hold
Attack 2 Description: Flip a coin to determine if the opponent will be prevented from attacking this turn. If heads, the opponent cannot attack with his Robot Master, though support cards can still be used, and the opponent also takes 90 damage (ignores resistance and weakness). If tails, the attack does nothing
Attack 3: Ring Juggle
Attack 3 Description: Flip 4 coins, for each coin that is tails, this attack does 30 damage
Resistance: Wind
Weakness: Flame
(Ring Man's card goes to both the Ender Set and the MM4 set.)

@Mentle : They already have quotes for all 4 of those robots, in fact, all robots MM1-MM10 have quotes (robot masters, that is.)

Here are a few cards to add the the MM&B Set.

Name: Magic Man
Core: Shadow
Health: 200
Power: Magic Curtain
Power Desc: The first time the opponent attacks in battle, flip a coin, if heads, the opponent takes 30 damage
Attack 1: Magic Card
Attack 1 Desc: The opponent takes 60 damage, and Magic Man is healed for 10 health.
Attack 2: Magic Bomb
Attack 2 Desc: Magic Man throws a Bomb at the opponent, flip two coins, it does 40 damage per coin that is heads.
Weakness: Flame
Resistance: Freeze

Name: Pirate Man
Core: Explode
Health: 190
Power: Water Tides
Power Desc: If the opponent is a Water core robot, all of Pirate Man's attacks do 30 more damage than usual
Attack 1: Remote Mine
Attack 1 Desc: This attack does 70 damage, and for the next three turns, during the opponent's turn, they will take 10 damage
Attack 2: Bubble Shield
Attack 2 Desc: Till this shield takes 90 damage, Pirate Man won't take any damage
Weakness: Electric
Resistance: Water

Name: Burner Man
Core: Flame
Health: 170
Attack 1: Wave Burner
Attack 1 Desc: Flip a coin, if Tails this attack does 60 damage, if heads, 100.
Attack 2: Burner Dive Bomb
Attack 2 Desc: Burner Man jumps into the air, and on the next turn, this attack does 130 damage
Attack 3: Bear Traps
Attack 3 Desc: Burner Man throws 5 Bear Traps at the opponent. Flip five coins, for each coin that is heads, it does 30 damage
Weakness: Water
Resistance: Nature

Attack 1: Illusion Giant
Attack 1 Desc: Illusion Man increases in size, and for the next two turns Illusion Man does 30 more damage than usual
Attack 2: Illusion Blast
Attack 2 Desc: Illusion Man fires a ball of energy that does 70 damage
Attack 3: Illusion Clone
Attack 3 Desc: Illusion Man makes three clones of himself, doing 40 damage and the opponent has a 50% chance to miss next turn (so the opponent has to flip a coin for it to hit)
Weakness: Laser
Resistance: Shadow

Name: Cipher Man
Core: Laser
Health: 180
Power: Binary Shield
Power Desc: For the first two turns Cipher Man is active, all attacks from the opponent do 30 less damage than normal
Attack 2: Cipher Beam
Attack 2 Desc: This attack does 60 damage, roll a dice, if 1 or 6, then the opponent can't attack next turn.
Attack 3: Cipher Mecha Summon
Attack 3: This attack does 30 damage, and the next turn's attack does a extra 10 damage
Weakness: Electric
Resistance: Laser

Name: Primal Man
Core: Explode
Health: 150
Attack 1: Primal Bomb
Attack 1 Desc: Primal Man throws a Bomb that does 60 damage to the opponent.
Attack 2: Primal Hop
Attack 2 Desc: Primal Man hops on to the opponent, roll a dice, if a 4 or a 2, then this attack misses, this attack does 90 damage.
Attack 3: Primal Rain
Attack 3 Desc: Flip 4 coins, for each coin that lands heads, there is a added 30 damage (meaning the max damage is 120, but that is unlikely that will happen.)
Weakness: Shadow
Resistance: Laser
Note about this card: All of Primal Man's attacks on this card have luck factors to them, like how in MME, Primal man's attacks are very frantic and fast.

Also, if Beta is reading this, can you put all of my MME cards (these three cards, Jolt Man and his core, Frigid Man and his Core, and the Wily Rush Machine) into a set?

@ Beta Man: I would like to exchange that for the Adrian special card.

So, since Rotom has been doing cards based on Rock Force, I decieded to make cards based off another...interesting fan game...
That being...Mega Man...Eternal. (THE HORROR!)

Name: Jolt Man
Core: Electric
Health: 180
Power: Jolt Shield
Power Desc: If Jolt Man is hit by a attack, there is a 10% chance that the opponent takes 10 damage
Attack 2: Jolt Shocker
Attack 2 Desc: This attack does 50 damage to the opponent, roll a die, if 4, then the opponent can't attack for the next two turns.
Attack 3: Shock Pun (In the MME Website, it says Jolt man likes Electricity-related puns)
Attack 3 Desc: Flip a coin, if tails, this attack does 60 damage, if heads, the opponent can't attack next turn
Resistance: Electric
Weakness: Freeze

Name: Frigid Man
Core: Freeze
Health: 160
Attack 1: Frigid Frost
Attack 1 Desc: Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 60 damage, if tails, this attack does 30 damage and the opponent can't attack next turn.
Attack 2: Snowflake Rain
Attack 2 Desc: Roll a dice, if 1 or 2, this attack does 30 damage, if 3 or 4, this attack does 60 damage, and if 5 or 6 the attack does 80 damage
Attack 3: Ice Snowball
Attack 3 Desc: This attack does 50 damage.

Name: Wily Rush Machine
Core: Copy/Impact
Health: 350
Attack 1: Thunder Strike
Attack 1 Desc: Using the power of Cloud Man, Wily uses Cloud's Thunder, which does 100 damage!
Attack 2: Dust Crusher
Attack 2 Desc: Using the power of Dust Man, Wily uses Dust Man's Dust Crusher, flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 140 damage, if tails, this attack does 60 damage
Attack 3: Top Spin
Attack 3 Desc: Wily uses the power of top man, and rams into the opponent, doing 70 damage, with a 40% chance of the opponent not being able to attack the next turn.
Resistance: Laser
Weakness: Shadow
