While RBF monologues, a blue internal glow within him makes itself slightly visible. She waits until he is completely finished before responding. By then, she has completely lowered her blade.

In a moment's notice RBF feels his monitor being shred from the rest of him, unable to register the events of what happened in between that timeframe. It is only as he realizes he has been decapitated that his flying uppermost part is pierced into unrecognizable shreds.
