Attack 2: Rising Cutter
Attack 2 Description: Cutman summons a giant pair of scissors out of the ground, dealing 40 damage, and ignoring defense!
Attack 3: Down the Middle
Attack 3 Description: Cut Man tosses the pair of scissors on his head for 80 damage, but it can only be usd if his health is below 60.
