Now both of his arms are organic once again, and an overwhelming power starts to fill the area! He then uses his Sting Buster once again, but aims it at Legacy!

DIO: Are you sure about that? He then points up... and when Collateral looked up, he ended up being crushed by a Road Roller, blocking the ice bomb! DIO: HA HA HA HA HAH! He then jumps on, and starts muda rushing the road roller, causing Collateral to be slowly crushed at it goes on!

DIO Nearly gets incinerated, but didn't go phase 3 yet! Meaning his regen starts acting up!

But DIO manages to simply walk and then dash away far enough to escape the explosion radius!

His buster was destroyed... now being replaced with a disgusting organic version to take it's place... he then uses the Sting Buster! A laser of vampire essence usually shot from the eyes, but this time one laser comes out a disgusting looking buster made of organic parts!
