@Soren : REP is basically EXP for your Team Rank. Get enough, and your team will move up a rank, unlocking more items in the shop, more available missions in the mission log, and more item spaces in your inventory to hold items in.

I should really hand it to you two... especially you, human. For the first time being in a robot body, you were actually almost impressive! ...Almost.
If you’re going to be taking tasks like these more often, I would recommend checking out that new bootcamp Treble opened recently... You’re not going to get anywhere unless you’re strong enough.
Personally, I’d recommend the Neutral or Shadow grounds... It’ll certainly help you get more accustomed to your new body, human. ...But, the choice of going to the bootcamp to begin with is up to you.
...Actually, I think we should take you with us to show you around the town, human. That dark pressure from earlier is coming alarmingly closer, after all...

I understand the labcoat, but why take of the shades and the gloves?
It helps me look less suspicious... They're cool, but they're not exactly ideal for pretending to be a robotics scientist.
Would they even care what you look like?
I dunno... Maybe? It's... Better to be safe about it, I think.
