Hmm... Only two voters. While Flash Man took down Splash Woman in a flawless win (2-0) Centaur Man and Slash Man need a tiebreaker! Only

Parallel Protoeon has caused a time paradox and the event never happened in the first place. It was caused by his Evil Core.
During the paradox, Parallel Protoeon got the final gear and transform him into... OMEGA PARALLEL PROTOEON!
Omega Parallel Protoeon: Yes, my transformation is compete! Now I can be any type I wish and completely invincible! I love my power to cause time paradoxes! Teleports away before the heroes have time to react.
