In the mansion, Ura would find herself in a large room, Floor 1. There was a large, marble staircase that lead to Floor 2. under the staircase was a door to the Ghost Leisure Room, where many ghosts were heard laughing and making music. To the left, the Drill Room lie, too bad its rather barren now (probably). To the right, a door to the Chef's Room. The Chef is known to make high-quality foods that not only fully heal a mansion-goer, but increase their Max Health and sometimes even Attack and Charisma! However, the Chef only makes foods in exchange for green objects.
Lastly, right next to the Chef Room's door was a door to Cat Village. The Cat Village is notorious for the large feline population. One of the locals were even on Floor 1! A lion sat near the staircase with a red carpet lied down with various foods and tools.
"Hello, fellow civilian! I sell only the finest materials throughout the entirety of, uh... Floor 1. I accept Zenny, but I especially love Paper and will pay any amount for a stack of lined, college-ruled paper..."

MINOR UPDATE: Enemy Drops
The calculation for item drops are as followed:
[Base Probability * (Charisma/10)] = New Probability.
This means that the probability of snatching an item will also be effected by Charisma. A majority of these items will be healing items (Those that heal less will, of course, have a higher chance of being dropped). In the case of a weapon being dropped, it'll most likely have base drop rates of ~.1%
Now, don't let this discourage you, with lower Charisma rates, quests and dungeons will give off large amounts of charisma when completed. I will post the complete effects of Charisma and Attack here later.
