Proto Man
Neutral B: Shield Boomerang. Also A Shield Call
Side B: Shield Throw, Throws The Shield And It Stays There Until The user presses B Again. (Reference: MM8BDM Proto Man Fight)
Down B: Shield Dash, Best To not use this near a edge.
This is all i could think of, your going to fill in the rest.
