Moral narratives aside, this "Ludvig" individual said that he and his Koopaling siblings were to invade and raid different sections of and around the Mushroom Kingdom. And if I were to wager there being the same amount of them as in our Universe... there are still six more of them we have to catch.

Tailigee cautiously grabs Morton's wand.

Gimme five-a-minutes. If my-a-vision serves me correctly, those other Koopalings had-a-similar wands. I could use-a-this to make a radar to-a-locate them!
Begs the question, though. Should we split up to find 'em, or all go in the same path? On one hand, it means finding 'em faster, on the other, we'll be able to defeat them with no problem.

Morton breaks out before hitting the wall, where the Metal Bros. are waiting for him!

And where do you think you're going, tough guy?

Wario grabs Morton right before jumping and spinning him around in the air, and pounding the crazed Koopaling headfirst into the ground with a powerful Piledriver! Before he can recover however, Waluigi hits him relentlessly with a Metal Whirluigi, striking him several times!

AGGHHHH!

Before Morton can proceed to his staggering, he receives a combo of kicks from Somari, an uppercut from Yoshles, and a Tail Whip from Tailigee!

Morton is fully dazed, dead on his feet and heavily damaged. He eventually collapses to the ground in the middle of everyone.

Whirluigi (Impact/Wind)- The user spins around, generating a cyclone around them while striking the opponent several times similarly to a Top Spin. This cyclone can be used for several purposes, however.

Peach's Castle King Bob-omb passes out, fading to normal. Morton, however...

As Morton lunges for our heroes, a red blu--Viewtiful Joe. Viewtiful Joe kicks him, though barely if not at all phasing him, let alone knocking him back.

Viewtiful Joe hesitates, then nods in assent, and races for the castle.

Slow to get on their feet, the partners in crime both take their respective Metal Caps, and don their metal forms!

Oh yeah! That's the stuff, baby! I feel like I could chuck a couple of castles around myself!

As the two leap into action, King Bob-omb seems to be overwhelmed by the assault, sustaining high damage in the process. Morton tries to Shell Strike the incoming attackers off of him!

Seconds after leaving his shell, however, he is puncehd and kicked back and forth by the now-Metal-boosted Wario and Waluigi!

Peach's Castle Waluigi scowls while Wario merely laughs in Luigi's face.

Wario rides away. A few seconds later, the sounds of several loud blunt noises and a monstrous explosion are heard, along with the wailing of Wario and Waluigi as they are sent in the same wall behind where they stood previously, slumping down beaten.

*cough*... a few Metal Caps would be good.

Morton and King Bob-omb are both stunned by the returning of the Magic Beams, but King Bob-omb takes less time to recover, steamrolling right at his enemies!

Waluigi delivers a powerful punch to Joe, knocking him out cold. The strange mix of colors Joe was wearing, along with his Six Equipment both fade to a regular shade of red.

Distracted thinking about the moral direction of his actions, Waluigi uses a Shadow Vine to grab him and slam him on the ground, and then stomp on him Assist-Trophy style, with Wario adding an additional Ground Pound!

Mushrrom Field Joe dodges the laser, and looks at Mao.

That's the way it's gonna be, huh? Alright then! Time to skip the warm-ups!
C'mon, Six Machine!

Seconds later arrives a small chair-jet and a gargantuan Gundam-like robot arrive. Joe hops on the Jet.

You all have really done it now! I hate to be the deus-ex machina here, but the good guys in the story always win!

Suddenly, King Bob-omb is hit in the back of the head with a frying pan! It seems Peach has finally decided to stop being useless and do something.

Mushroom Field Unfortunately, the "powerful meme skill" is offset by the fact that only Joe's facial hair is visible, and that Joe was not paying attention to him.

Meanwhile, Joe dodges the Builder Hammer with a V-Dodge, and strikes Mario back with a Groovy Uppercut!

Wario goes for yet another Shoulder Bash, but Viewtiful Joe dodges... A bit too precisely. He trips Wario up, sending him stumbling.

V-Dodge (Swift)- The hops slightly into the air and does a pose, skipping the first part if they are already in the air. All attacks that hit the user while the pose is active fly past them.
Groovy Uppercut (Speed/Impact)- Similarly to the Super Jump Punch, the Shoryuken, or the Mega Upper, the user does a quick rising uppercut which can also be used in midair.
Slow-Mo (Time)- the user uses their VFX energy to slow down their perception of time, enhancing their own reflexes in the process, causing the user to seem even faster to others.

Peach's Castle King Bob-omb is stunned! This gives Somari and Shadwari a chance to hit him with a Homing Attack!

Urgh!!

King Bob-omb regains his focus, and does a Bomb Squat in an attempt to knock everyone back!!

Mushroom Field Likewise, Viewtiful Joe is knocked back by the barrage of hammers. He scoffs.

Ugh. Leave it to the happy-go-lucky plumbers to act as the party-poopers. Tough luck, Mustachio-Bros, but I'm the star of the show.

Yeah. Just like how in a few minutes the four of you will be formerly alive.

Viewtiful Joe pulls out a bunch of Voomerangs and begins to rapidly lob them at the four!

Bomb Squat (Explode_Impact)- The user does a ground pound, creating a devastating explosion to damage all those close by and even more to those right under.
Voomerang (Swift/Cutter)- The user equips an unbreakable V-shaped Boomerang. They can either be used as a melee weapon or thrown at arcing angles.

*Nintendo has confirmed Mario is no longer a plumber and has abandoned the job. Whether this remains true for Luigi by extension though is up for interpretation.

Shocking Pink (Crystal/Explode)- The user juggles a bomb, and kicks it towards their opponent, detonating on impact.
Red Hot Kick (Flame/Swift)- The user attacks from midair with a flying kick, surrounded by burning flames.

Mushroom Field Waluigi and Wario after being launched out the castle both skid roughly on the grass floor beneath them. The assailant responsible zips in front of that.

Sorry for the rough landing, you two! But'cha know what they say...

Waluigi and Wario get up from the Bomb Rush.

Shadwari while throwing his Chaos Spear and eavesdropping on the two, snaps back.

If you don't like it, then don't leave yourselves open so foolishly. In the meantime, at least try to make yourselves useful.

This triggers Wario and Waluigi, who prepare to attack King Bob-omb, but hear something in the distance.

Immediately a red blur kicks the duo through the castle, quickly giving chase. Tailigee notices.
