Doc Elite takes the supposedly super strong final attack and gives 0 hecks, he is also completely unphased by Betan's boasts before being eliminated.

They only had their base sprites, so yes they weren't finished, but they were removed because they could be encountered, and would phase in and out of reality. Which is obviously a BIG no no. Rhythms working hard on Bounce Man right now, so they should be available to fight within a month (depends on how hard impact man ends up)

If you want weapons... Spectrum Man: a recruiter at the Balance Conglomerate. Skilled with the light spectrum and rays, knowledgeable on gems.
There are 3 business districts around, each has a weapons store, but the 2nd's got the most bank for your buck.
