Reposting this for those who haven't seen it in the Discord. (Or those who don't have a Discord.)

(copied from the description of the video:)

"You know those videos where people take only a single, weak Pokemon though a tough challenge like the Elite Four? This is like that, only in Final Destination 3 of Mega Man RPG Prototype. However, the recording is VERY boring due to the fact that it takes so long to beat each robot master.

Now, I had to mess with Magnet Man's equipped abilities so that I could pass them on to my squad of Mag Flies. Also I had to mess with the fields so I could make sure my Mag Fly squad wasn't hit with attacks it was weak against.

I don't own any of the stuff in this video, MMRPG Prototype is a fangame, et cetera."

For even more context, Mag Flies usually only have one attack, and its only function is to lower the weapon energy of the target. However, if the Robot that summons the Mecha has certain abilities, they can be passed on to the Mecha. Also, I FINALLY found a situation where Energy Break is useful.

Hi. You're on a rock, floating in space. There's not much to do, so come play video games! What's that? You're sick of most video games being the same thing over and over? Then play ROM Hacks! (Don't BUY the romhacks though, that's kinda illegal.)

What's that? You're STILL not interested because the graphics are the same? Alright then, since this is getting boring, I'm just gonna introduce the game I'm about to play.

Touhoumon Unnamed is a hack of Pokemon Fire Red in the Touhoumon series of hacks. These hacks replace the traditional Pokemon, with Touhou characters. It even has different types, and possibly even different moves! This is my first time playing through this hack, so it's gonna be a partially blind experience.

I'll be updating this (hopefully) regularly, with something to vote on: What should my team consist of for that update? Of course, my starter's ALWAYS going to be on my team, through-and-through. The updates will be accompanied with pictures so that each update isn't just a big, bland textwall. Below is a list of chapters/updates.

The premise of this little game is simple. You take a thing, and say that the only way to beat said thing is to do another thing to it. Of course, it doesn't HAVE to make sense; in fact, it's ENCOURAGED to say you have to defeat it in a funny way. Just nothing NSFW though. Also, try not to be too repetitive.

Without further ado, let's start making up ways to beat things!

Here's what I hope will be in these hopefully grand games:

-More Battle Tree Things
I would SO pay extra cash to be able to fight Silver in the battle tree. Plus, why haven't we seen team members from FRLG's postgame on blue's team, specifically his Heracross yet?

-Moar Z-moves
This appears to be what a good amount of people want. I'm expecting exclusive Z-moves for stuff like Totem Pokemon. Or maybe one for Solgaleo and Lunala?

-MAKE COSMOG AND COSMOEM ABLE TO FIGHT THINGS ARCEUSDANGIT
Do you KNOW how useless they are before they evolve? Can't we at least give them the move CONFUSION? Having Splash is useless even as a Z-move because even STRUGGLE is hard to be able to use. Teleport is similarly useless because you can just have it hold a Smoke Ball, WHICH ISN'T EVEN CONSUMED IN THE PROCESS OF RUNNING, and Cosmic Power only boosts defenses! That'll sure be useful when you're waiting for STRUGGLE to become available!

-Give us a crapton of megas to make up for last game not giving us any new ones
Seriously, mega evolution was one of the MAIN FEATURES of the previous gen, and while you might argue that they are overpowered, SO ARE Z-MOVES. Seriously, when you see that surge of Z-power, you're pretty much already fainted.

-Give us the ability to catch Mythical Pokemon normally
These Pokemon are pains to get mainly because you have to be in a certain place at a certain time otherwise you're not getting them at all. Wasn't the tagline, at least until a certain time, "Gotta Catch 'em All"? Because Catchin' 'em all apparently also means going to certain places within certain times before you become unavailable to get them for a long time. Besides, I got my Mewnium Z, so why can't I actually USE it? It's like not having Mewnium Z at all.


Anywho, that's my expectaions for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Tickets to the hype train are on the left.

What is up, mentlegen, I have compiled here a bunch of typings and/or weaknesses/resistances that do not make sense, at least initially.

I kind of feel like a moron putting these in the main post though, so, see you in the comment section! Also, feel free to post any stuff you feel doesn't make sense ingame.

Ah, the ⑨. Truly a wonder of the universe. Many people consider them a plague upon the earth, however. (cut to an image of Rotom parafusing a Jumpluff whist spamming Hex) These people are also extremely overpowered. Let's call them, ugh, "Godmodders", for convenience's sake. I could go on and on about these stupid overpowered things, but that's a story for another day.

But why is it that ⑨s are frowned upon in the godmodding community? That, is what we're here to find out.

Here, we see a ⑨ in its natural habitat. This, is the ⑨ Pool, where ⑨s come to hang out. However, (cut to an image of Rotom discharging the crap out of the ⑨s) this makes them an easy target for godmodders that have attacks that affect a wide area. Upon further examination, we can conclude that the godmodders see the ⑨s as free EXP. Perhaps they're planning a Genocide? We can't have that, now can we? This is only ONE of the reasons I hate godmodders.

Here we have the local expert on ⑨-ology, Some idiot named RSB.

Imgur On the surface, Cirno is a freaking BAKA that thinks she's the strongest. She even left a safespot in one of her spell cards once. Although, said safespot has been corrected.
Imgur However, within that fairy lies a sealed-off creature, a being known as Sariel. Sure, it may SOUND like Asriel's name with the A and S swapped, but that doesn't change the fact that she is one of the ONLY beings able to beat Fantasy Heaven.
Imgur Imagine a simple fairy literally becoming the angel of death one day. It'd be a disaster amongst EVERYONE.
Imgur Who's to say all the OTHER ⑨s aren't hiding something within them that could blow up the world!?

...Good point. Anyway, that concludes the review. While we haven't unlocked ALL the mysteries of ⑨s, we can at least say one of them could blow up the universe. And with that, this concludes my documentary. Have a good one, gentlemen/ladies!

First of all, I HATE drama threads. Seriously I hate them with a passion that burns so dang bright that it makes pretty much any known thermometer in the known multiverse go insane. In fact, I was actaully HESISTANT on making this sort of thing. However, I just NEED to address this here because IT'S THE ONLY WAY. For some reason I can't access chat OR my PMS. In fact, the "personal" button doesn't even seem to exist! All I can assume is that I've been banned. And for what reason? I never even received a WARNING! While I know there may be a rule against this kind of post, how can I be expected to follow what should be the rules when whoever banned me doesn't do so themselves!?

Here's how I think it should be done: Give them ACTUAL DANG WARNINGS. I TRIED to move on from the subject. Honestly, I DID. However, you wouldn't give me any chance. Besides, this feels incredibly minor, to have someone banned over ONE TINY ISSUE SUCH AS THAT. Why don't you steal my mailbox while you're at it, too? You know, for good measure. In fact, I was LEGIT gonna forget about it, all you had to do was kick me for 4 hours. But NOPE DOT AVI, we get to take the extreme way out.

I really didn't wanna make this post. I REALLY didn't. In fact, this may have SEALED my fate on this site. Literally EVERY Instinct in my heart told me NOT to go through with this, and I apologize in advance, it's just... Why do you have to flat-out ban me for something that seems so small?

Well crap. You got warped into another dimension with no escape and there's a ton of monsters. Do you got what it takes to survive? in this self-depreciating Mystery Mansion ripoff?

Rules: (yes I know they were copypasted from mystery Mansion but I don't wanna have to re-write a bunch of stuff I spent an hour on and can't recover)

1. Sign Ups:

Okay, this'll be a bit harsh I guess, but I'm still enforcing it. Only characters based off the user, like if you're Ender, your character will be based off of you. BUT, also, you can also use characters from Web Comics/Fanfics floating around this site, as long as they aren't official Mega Man characters. For example, do you want to be Rhythm_BCA's Melodia? Perhaps you'd like being EEKADO from Beta and Mega's comic? What about the fabled Moonstone from MusicalKitty's Megabound? What about [REDACTED] from SSN's game? BUT(t) here's a twist! IF these projects use an official Mega Man character, but are able to make them different to the official character, you can choose them. Pun-Loving Cut's Corner Cut Man and Short Alien Megabound Slur are on the table, however, Super-Fighting Robot BCA/Beta and Mega Mega Man is not on the table. Also, I will deny Non-Project fan characters like Blaze Man or Ninja Man on sight, and likely Official MM Characters that aren't featured in any projects like Fan or Drill Man, unless if you provide a good spin on them, like Emotionless-Killer Fan, or Renowned Mathematician Drill Man.

2. Sign Up Bios: You must provide information about your character. Their personality, motives, likes and dislikes are good. You may go into more descriptive if you want. I can understand if you pick a character from like Megabound and you cannot provide a really big bio because of the character or whatnot. As for official characters you are willing to take a spin on, I expect a descriptive bio, and at least so it doesn't seem like all you did was make Mega Man green and slightly shorter.


3. Combat-ish system: Along with the Roleplay itself, there will also be a combat-ish system I guess. In your character bio, specify whether your play-style is Aggressive, Assertive, or Passive.

Health:

Health is what keeps the player moving. Health, as in most games, is a value used to calculate how much a player can take before giving out. Every player starts at 20 Base Health, but there are many ways that Health can be restored.

Spirit Points and Weapon Energy

These are both used to cast skills. It's hard to raise maximum Weapon Energy, but it regens over time. Doesn't hold true for SP, though.

Charisma:

Charisma, however, may be proven to be a bit more difficult to explain. Charisma is used for many things, such as:

1.) Interacting with enemies. Players may find themselves interacting and conversing with enemies. They might have an item a player is interested in, or the player may be trying to convince them not to attack. The general calculation for if an enemy will listen is usually Charisma = % Chance. Some more stubborn enemies may follow Charisma/2 = % Chance.

2.) Enemy Drops. Enemies, when defeated, will usually have a small chance to drop an item. These item drops will have a base drop rate, but said rate will be increased by Charisma. The equation for said act is [BaseDrop * (Charisma/10)] = NewDrop. Most item drops will be simply healing items or other trinkets, but in the rare case that the enemy will drop a weapon, it will usually have a base of around 0.1%

There are some ways to gain Charisma as well. Doing quests will give around 5-20 Charisma per quest, and simply befriending an enemy in-battle nets a base amount of 5.

Attack:

Attack is the stat used to determine the strength of attacks, as well as strength-based overworld actions (such as pushing a heavy rock, the equation for that would be Attack = % of success). The actual damage an attack will do is calculated by [Attack - Defense].

Defense:

It lets you defend against stuff, duh.

Magic:

This is where stuff gets a bit complex. Some attacks/skils are based on magic rather than Attack. you defend against this with Magic defense.

Magic Defense:

Essentially, defense for stuff that relies on the Magic stat.

And finally, a "parameter pool". You have 16 points to pump into certain parameters. each Point you place into a parameter gives it 5 in that stat. You gain more Parameter Points later on, though.

Here's the base Parameter table for those of you willing to sign up:

HP: 20 +0
SP: 30 +0
Attack: 5 +0
Defense: 5 +0
Charisma: 5 +0
Magic: 5 +0
Magic Defense: 5 +0

Also, you need at LEAST one point in every stat. Just though I'd throw that out there.

4. Literary Roleplaying- (optional) Yes, I know that this'll be hard for me to explain unless if I do this, so:
Case A: "He flirts with the encounter, attempting to compliment its looks."
Case B: "*flirts with encounter*"
It doesn't really matter to me whether or not you do it in a certain style.

Okay, I think that's it. If you do indeed have questions, I will (try to) answer them. This roleplay will start when at least two people join and are accepted, but you could join any time you want.

(also there's a leveling system for those of you unaware)

So there's this game called MBURB that came out a month ago and pretty much everyone is excited about it. Also there have been frequent meteor landings since a month ago. The day is 8/27, which is near the end of summer. You should probably play this cool game.

APPLYING

You don't need to do much, just apply your Strife Specibus. A strife specibus represents the weapon type you use. Also your "chumhandle". This will be important in communicating with people.

CHUMHANDLE RULES:
Chumhandles must follow a two-word format, with the first word being non-capitalized, and the first letter of the second word being capitalized.
(EXAMPLE: reactiveUltimatum)

That is pretty much everything to it. Well, for now at least...!

'Ello, players! There are bosses that aren't ingame yet, and we need a plan on how to beat them. So I've listed my own plan of attack for when these bosses get put into the game! LET'S GET READY!

trill BOSS 1: TRILL
Weaknesses: NONE
Resistances: Space, Water, Electric
Affinities: Freeze, Flame
Immunities: Copy


Yes, I KNOW he's a boss in the first chapter, but he hasn't shown off all his abilities. So far, he has only used Space Shot, Space Buster, and Space Overdrive. He might get a rematch later on in the story, however. My advice is this: bring space cores with neutral abilities only. It will render his Teranova and Aura abilities useless. Or you could have a ton of robots with a variety of abilities, just not Flame or Freeze type as he absorbs those. Whatever you do, DON'T BRING ROBOTS WEAK TO SPACE! The same goes for Slur, only you can't use Water or Electric abilities and they're a lot stronger.

More will be added as I go along. Not that there are much bosses in world anyhow.

Welcome, one and all, the the Double Soul Tournament!

General
-This will be a 3 vs. 3 tourney, with 16 users total.
-3 teams max. per person.
-You have until the slots fill up to apply.
-Each match will have a whole 3 days to fight. After that, I'll decide the winner based on the amount of damage a team takes.

Character Creation
-I'm going to start off by saying that this is going to be different than other tourneys. Unlike those, I will be personally approving characters as they enter. If they violate the rules, I will re-apply them with the correct rules.

So...
-No OP characters
-No OP moves
-I would prefer if you kept all characters within the MM universe. Anything beyond that, and I will judge depending on where the character is from. You have been warned.
-Each Character has to follow the following format:

Name: (This is your name. Mugshots are appreciated, and custom mugshots are allowed.)
Core: (Your core type, silly! Please make sure that your moves all are the same type as your core. No Copy Cores allowed, as they can use every kind of move. Dual-type cores, however, ARE allowed)
Moves: (A list of moves that the character can use. Please make sure they're all the same type as your core. Maximum of 8 moves)
Overdrive: (An overdrive is a move a robot can use once per match, that is much more powerful than the basic moves. Please only make ONE Overdrive.)
Items: (Normal Items. 3 max per person, no Yasichis, M-Tanks or 1-ups.)
Soul Unison: (The unique feature of this tourney. Each character has a "Unite" that changes their ore and moveset. They even get their own seperate overdrive. Once you Soul Unite, you can't change back till after the match is over. Please Copy the moveset and make changes based on your Soul Unison.)

Ban List
-No Doctors (Dr. Light, Dr. Wily, Dr. Cossack, etc.)
-No Slur/Trill
-No Mega Man, Proto Man, or Bass
-No Wily Bosses (Gamma, Wily Machines, etc.)

Now to explain something. Dark Soul and Light Soul. Dark Soul is an Offense upgrade but defensive downgrade, and Light soul is a Defense Upgrade but Offense Downgrade. You can only use one or the other, and when you use a soul, you have to stick with it the whole battle.

Anyway, let's start this thing!

So it was a peaceful day, nothing unusual, when a hostile being comes out of nowhere bent on destruction; The Destructor. A typeless, near-omnipotent robot who could use any ability.

He has many powers, and very few weaknesses, being nigh-immune to almost EVERYTHING. In other words, you have to be creative with your attacks. You might even have to go beyond the abilities of the prototype! Maybe even summon entities to fight him! You can also "Charge" an action, but only one number per one of your posts. This will increase the action's success rate, though the more overpowered something is (more strength, quicker charge rate, etc.), the more of a chance the charge won't go through in your favor.

The Destructor can also summon entities, on the Pro-Destructor side. Don't worry, they can't hurt you directly, just your bots and other Anti-Destructor enties. They CAN, however, stun actions, preventing them from happening. When a stun is about to happen, it will be announced. Each entity has their own health, and when hurt, their health goes down. When their health reaches zero, they die and can't be revived most of the time.

Now let me explain the Repetition Killer. The Repetition Killer is an Pro-Destructor entity that can't be destroyed. Depending on how repetitive something is, it'll be affected by the Repetition Killer in that degree. Oh, and NOTHING IS IMMUNE TO IT. Just saying.

The aim of this game is to, well, Defeat The Destructor. When he dies, you win. And finally, the Game Maker (me) has the final say on EVERYTHING in this game. NO EXCEPTIONS. Alright, let the game begin!

When are you guys going to make MM5 robots playable? It would be fun, AND there would be more ways to customize your robots! oh yeah, and STAR MAN. Star Man is one of my personal faves, because the star crash can be launched, his stage and stage music are EPIC, and He's one of the first Space-themed robot masters along with Gravity Man!

Second, WHY IS BRIGHT MAN NOT ELECTRIC CORE? Instead, he's a Time Core robot because logic barely exists. I realize Spark Man is a thing, But a LIGHTBULB is powered by ELECTRICITY. You might be saying, "Oh, Well so are robots." well Grenade Man is WEAK against ELECTRICITY! Junk Man's weakness is understandable, but GRENADE MAN? REALLY? That stuff is supposed to POWER him, not HURT him! Oh well, Better move on to my next question before this turns into a rant.

Third, What exactly is Pharaoh Curse? It would seem like a move learned by Pharaoh Man when he reaches a certian level, but it isn't. So what is it? Just curious.

Actually, Calx was trying to use Junk Shield and Defense Support. Not the Refinement/Oil Slider combo.

...Whatever, Calx just uses Junk Shield and Defense Support. Like he was SUPPOSED to.
Eidolon, on the other hand, uses Divine Sparkgun on the phantom trying to steal his identity!
