...Everything seems in order. Let’s hope it remains that way.
Greetings. This is part 3 of the Chaos Zone; Part 1 can be found here, and Part 2 can be found here. Of course, I don’t recommend reading all of it unless you really want to: 7,000+ posts each is a LOT to read. So much so that it has apparently caused “out of memory” errors with the first thread, causing us to migrate to a second thread. And now with the second thread having nearly the same amount of posts, while there has been no confirmation that the issue has cropped up again, this third thread has been made for “better safe than sorry” purposes.

With that being said, let’s start by leaving a reminder of the rules:
1. Please do not use extremely long characters if you intend to use stats or include damage; Use “Infinite/Infinity” or “Incalculable” if you wish to use incredibly large numbers.
2. Control of other peoples’ characters (outside of mind control or puppeteering through other characters) is prohibited; However, seeing as this is essentially an “anything goes” roleplay with multiverses involved, you CAN use an alternate-universe version of that character if they have already been claimed, granted that you provide enough distinction between the two.
Click HERE for a list of characters, or to add your own; Note that the list is not 100% complete, and some characters may be missing, so even if a character you wish to claim is not on the list, be somewhat cautious about it until the list is complete.
3. I know that a lot of people tried to accomplish this, but please do NOT destroy the Omniverse OR the Multi-Omniverse. Or anything outside of the Chaos Zone itself, really.
3 1/2. You CAN try to destroy the Chaos Zone itself, though, or any planet/galaxy/other that resides within it. Good luck with that.
4. There will be plots that are privatized, and even so, a person may try to lean open plots towards a particular way. Please respect ALL plotlines; But on the OPPOSITE side of the spectrum, note that a roleplay is, in spirit, based more on reaction than a straight path forwards. People may go against the original intention of your plot; And that is FINE. Don’t FORCE things to go your way; Instead, adapt to the situation and aim for a compromise where ALL parties are satisfied.
4.5 There is also an established list of “gods” in a hierarchy, which is as follows:

Kirby - Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong - Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together. Also considered a God of Strength and Combat and a God of Wisdom and Knowledge, respectively.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten - Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of several Good and Evil powers, respectively.
Adrian Marceau - Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator/Webmaster of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm - Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community.
MMRPG Moderators - Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users - The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters - Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters - Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.

Alternatively, there is an addition of an Anti-Hierarchy for Demons/Chaos Gods:

Zero/0² - Reincarnation of the Omni-King’s alternate timeline counterpart, Future Zeno-sama. Is also the origin of all Dark Matter (the Kirby enemy, that is).
Evil Mario and Trio.EXE - The “Anti-Matt” and “Anti-Cranky”, respectively; Evil Mario is the reincarnation of WAA HAA HEE, the original Anti-Matt, while Trio.EXE was an evolved form of the Life Virus (MMBN) who took over the body of Lanky Kong for a period of time. (Deceased)
Flying Mario Head and Weegee - Halves of WAA HAA HEE split apart by the heroes and villains of YTP many ages ago. While initially separated into further pieces and sealed away by various artifacts, the two managed to escape (somewhat) and was later destroyed by Matt before they could fully recollect their missing pieces... Though, one piece still remained. (Deceased)
Swear Censors - “Anti-Reapers” of a sort, and more Chaotic Neutral than Chaotic Evil; Omnipotent, though their only purpose is to blurt out swear words.

Don’t think this means your character cannot be a god of sorts, however; This just means that the role of “Creator of the Multi-Omniverse” has already been taken, unfortunately. However, other similar roles (God of Knowledge, God of Evil) can still be used by others, just for a separate hierarchy of their own.
Here is a brief recap of events so far:
Prologue - Proto MKII (Wily-built copy of Proto Man from another universe; Craves destruction) attempts to find a challenge, and is given one by Tepid Man (HighTower character), (i)X (Rockman X Mega Mission character), Air (Air Man without the “Man” in his name), and (arguably most importantly) Accel Man (CRN model; Wants revenge after MKII body-snatched two of his brothers - See Robot Master Mystery Dungeon).
Beta Devil Arc - King K. Rool gathers the GRAND STARS (7 rainbow-assorted stars that have a mustached face) to summon GRAND NOVA (Galactic Nova from TerminalMontage’s Something About series) and wish for Beta Devil (a manifestation of Beta Shadow’s inner evils twisted by the Anti-Omni Meme, of which Beta Devil was trapped in at the time) to switch places with Beta Shadow. Beta Shadow eventually breaks free and, with the help of several others, kills Beta Devil.
Worship Arc - Worship (psychotic manifestation of Walter’s (RedBomber’s reaper) potential) tries to destroy all “terrible” universes with an army of Proto MKII clones. Worship is eventually forced back into a comatose Walter’s body, and the two now cooperate with each other... Somewhat.
All-Star Arc - The 6 All-Star Numbers (Beta Shadow characters, led by Surge Man) attempt to conquer the world using the classic Mega Man formula... Which backfires horribly, but the 6 robots were quelled in the end.
Dead Zone Arc - Immediately following the (rather anti-climatic) final encounter with Surge Man, a fight breaks loose that eventually causes a domino effect of events that leads to the opening of Dead Zone portals: Portals to the various realms of afterlives that are given depending on the Reaper of which they were under, as well as various realms of non-existence as well. Various bad guys escape from the portals to wreak havoc; However, one particular enemy named Jazz (that... Would be me) who wasn’t even one of the escaping villains manage to combine various forms of corruption (as well as Limited- see Rockman X Mega Mission- which I suppose isn’t really a form of corruption per-se) to become Jazz Hands, and tried to destroy the world... Only to be destroyed by Kirby. Though the resulting explosion that caused my destruction also rained down upon... most of the Dead Zone’s escaped villains, there are several who have escaped such a fate. As for me... I just got better. (It’s a long story.)
Badnik Arc - A trio of Badniks who call themselves “Team Mecha”- namely, Mecha Sonic, Silver Sonic, and Robo Sonic- attempts to prove their superiority and conquer the world. Victory was assured when Mecha Sonic pulled out the Eclipse Cannon... That is until Dyna Man appears and basically annihilates it.
Trio.EXE Arc - Trio.EXE gathers an army of unused Mega Man designs- dubbed the Concept Crew- and attempts a conquest of the Omniverse. However, Trio.EXE is ultimately sealed away by Sabata.
2K Arc - While most of the roleplay’s heroes (at the time) celebrated 2,000 posts in a party that took way too long to be frank, Flying Mario Head and Weegee plot to regain their lost pieces and reform WAA HAA HEE. Meanwhile, the Master Emerald gets broken and scattered across the world, causing Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, alongside others, to try and get the pieces back. While Flying Mario Head and Weegee fail in their plan and are destroyed by Matt, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Classic Sonic, Shadow, Mega Man, Bass, and Somari (bootleg character) work together to get the final pieces from Koopenstein (a version of Bowser from Somari’s world; Original to CZ by RedBomber) and his creation, Sometal (robotic doppelganger of Somari; Also by RedBomber).
Regulus Arc - Regulus (MKII who has been sent back to the start of time itself) attains the power of the Grand Priest and tries to wipe out the Omniverse alongside two associates: Duracell (a parody character of Perfect Cell) and Shaggy Negro (basically, Scrappy-Doo pulling a Goku Black). After several failed attempts to even dent him, Regulus is ultimately defeated by an all-powerful savior who’s name prefers to be omitted, though Regulus claims that he will return at some point... Until later on in a different arc when he is destroyed by Worship in Walter’s body.
Grey Matter Arc - The UKR- a group led by an entity known as Kilroy- attempts to spread their message, not knowing that they are being used by an entity they are working with known as Grey Matter, a version of Dark Matter from a dimension known as the Parallel (see Kirby Star Allies). One of its members, Quin, merges with his friend/”master” Null (GammaGuardian character; A version of Proto Man DS who became aware. Other than that, it’s a long, complicated story) to become Nuin, who wanted to defeat Kirby. However, due to the Hope energy that Kirby provided to Meta Knight, Bandanna Dee, R.O.B., and Bladesmatter (a Grey Matter/Parallel version of Dark Matter Swordsman who wants to redeem his kind), the group was able to stop Quin, with Kirby sparing and ultimately befriending him.
Beta Diablo Arc - Beta Devil, who was revived from the Dead Zone arc earlier and found a way around being destroyed at the Dead Zone Arc’s end through... Yet another long story, tries to destroy the Omniverse in his new, more powerful form: Beta Diablo. However, Beta Shadow- alongside many great heroes- manage to destroy Beta Diablo once and for... Well, the time being.
King II Arc - King II attempts to gather an army to revive Beta Devil and conquer the world while a version of Trio from the Absurd Roleplay (Chaos Zone’s predecessor) returns to try and destroy the Omniverse. While Trio is still an active threat, King II’s plan (which is also stolen by Spooky (Pac-Man character)) to gather a list of regiments to revive Beta Devil fails after one of the objects, the Crystal Eye (not the Mega Man weapon) is broken by Mighty, and all of the Golden Fruit (Pac-Man) was eaten by another current villain, Vaati. Meanwhile, a different plot causes King II’s plan to fade into the background...
Chaos Arc - Zalgo (the Creepypasta character and Ex-Shadow Guardian) tries to destroy all good in the Omniverse in order to end the cycle of Good vs. Evil due to suggestions from the Empty Core/Orb (later revealed to be known as “The Void”- an entity, not the vast, empty realm of non-existence) with his “Dark Omniverse”, challenging Kirby for his title as Omni-King. Meanwhile, Evil Mario takes advantage of the havoc caused on Earth to gather pieces of Trio.EXE that were scattered across Tri-Limbo (the dimension where Trio.EXE was sent to after being sealed away) in a plot to destroy good for the sake of letting Chaos rule over everything. While Zalgo ultimately fails in his battle, and repents for his ways, both Evil Mario and Trio.EXE are destroyed in the midst of their own final battle.

And this is where we left off; Although many things were left out (including the equally important side-stories that involve RedBomber’s cast), there is unfortunately no true way to completely recap all of Chaos Zone since so much has happened (though there HAS been an attempt).

Currently, there is no main story arc... Perhaps that’ll change sooner than what can be anticipated?
That aside, here’s a list of other Chaos Zone documents to help people understand the roleplay better... slightly, at least. Most are made by Brash Buster; Those that are not are labeled with their true creator.
(NOTE: Documents with a “(!)” label are potentially incomplete/outdated. Be weary when reading them.)

SERVER MIGRATION IN PROGRESS... PLEASE HOLD...

...

...SERVER MIGRATION IS COMPLETE.

RESTORING SCENE...

Welcome, one and all, to Part 2 of the Chaos Zone. For part 1, please refer to here. Or don't. That thread was incredibly long... Which, basically, is why Part 2 exists.

In case you don't know, or have forgotten, the purpose of this thread is to be as overpowered as you like (or, tastefully so, I suppose) so that you won't have any need to do so in other threads.

This thread is the continuation- NOT a reboot- of where we left off in Part 1. Here is a rather brief summary of those events:

- A guy named Beta Devil tries to stir some . This fails and he dies. However, now there are two universes, the second of which is based off of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon universe.
- A guy named Worship tries to stir some . This fails, and now he shares a body with a guy named Walter. (Worship is currently in control, however, but he's better now. Ish.)
- A group of 6 robots tries to conquer the world. This fails horribly, and the robots retire from this.
- A person with connection to the Dead Zone (basically the afterlife, but personalized to suit the individual) is badly harmed, causing portals from the Dead Zone to open up everywhere. The portals are eventually closed.
- During the above events, a man named Jazz combines with various forms of corruption to try and destroy the Earth. He fails and dies. (But he comes back later as not a villain)
- A trio of Badniks tries to stir some . This fails, but instead of dying, they proceed to lurk in shadows.
- During the above events, a Battle Network version of Trio tries to stir some . This fails, and he is sealed away.
- As a group of heroes tries to celebrate a milestone of pages (of which we're never doing that ever again), A Somari version of Bowser tries to conquer the world. He fails, but is still alive and plotting.
- Also during above events, the Anti-Matt (essentially an evil, all-powerful god that is also WAA HAA HEE from Sr Pelo) tries to form. This fails, and they have been erased by Matt (from Wii Sports) himself.
- A being named Regulus tries to destroy all of existence. It fails, but it's a rather hollow victory, since Regulus (reverted to Proto MKII) is still alive managed to stay alive, until he didn't, and we only won because of a Chuck-Ex Machina.
- A group named the UKR tries to spread their message across the world. However, a creature they worked with known as Grey Matter used them for its own purposes... This, however, was stopped. (The UKR, meanwhile, is... A complicated matter that has been decided to leave be for now.)
- Beta Devil, revived from the Dead Zone portals, begins to stir up again. Meanwhile, so does a robot named Coda, the trio of Badniks from before, and several other villains, making it a callback to (mostly) all above events, which is where we left off.

Understood? No? Great, then you're ready for Chaos Zone Part II.

But first, some ground rules:

1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. (Consult this list for characters who have already been reserved.) Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations, levels of power, and ranking in the hierarchy. And in case you want to know the hierarchy, here it is from strongest to weakest...

Kirby- Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong- Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten- Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of Good and Evil, respectively.
Adrian Marceau- Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm- Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community (The latter having been recently promoted).
MMRPG Moderators- Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users- The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status. Most other kinds of gods and goddesses are equal to or slightly lower in the hierarchy as this rank, depending on that god or goddess' role.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters- Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters- Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.

That should cover that. Enjoy.

...And are you sure this will work?
It HAS to. I just see no other way around it. There's no other possible way to confront him... No available universe has the flexibility needed to be able to confront him directly.
And how do you know he will come?
...He is an investor of Chaos and Destruction. He will come... It would be against his nature not to.
...I looked at where he kept it. The Anti-Omni Meme of which that devil manifested from. ...It's gone, Bt. And there's only one person in this entire Omniverse who also knows where it is... And would have the motives to take it.
...And Reaper is too gullible and naive to notice any of this. And even then, he would not agree to do any of what I am doing, even if it's for a greater cause. I HAVE to be the one to do it. There is no other way around it.
...But if the Trio of Origin... the Creators of the Internet's Multi-Omniverse find out about this...
...They can erase this universe for all I care. But not until we get rid of Beta Devil... For GOOD.
Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.

I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.

Anyways. Some ground rules:

1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

...I think that about covers it. You all enjoy yourselves.

Right, here’s how things are gonna go: I’m gonna go down and talk to that Renga guy, while you, Piplup, shall go and deal with that Metall over there.

Darkrai moves 3 spaces down, a space left, and another space down before interacting with Block Man.

I-
Skip the dialogue and give us the candy. It’s not even Halloween anymore, and Beta Shadow doesn’t even remember what your costume was supposed to even be, anyways.
Alright, sheesh. You don’t have to be such a jerk about it...

Nightmare Force receives Candy Corn x2!
Enemy’s Turn
Metall moves 2 spaces left then goes under its Met Cover.

Hmm. Aside from the Halloween NPCs, there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot to this floor... Should make this a cakewalk.

Maybe. Only one way to see, right?

...Actually, I always found that “slow and steady wins the race” was not the lesson to be learned in that story; In the tale, the Torterra only ever beat the Lopunny because the latter was overconfident. If the Lopunny were to actually finish the race instead of taking a NAP, then the Lopunny would’ve won the race five times over before the Torterra could even get halfway across.

Don’t you mean Tortoise and the Hare?
It’s even wrong if you take into consideration the official Pokemon Tortoise and Hare Nursery Rhyme.*

The POINT is, the TRUE moral of the story is to NEVER let your guard down, and NEVER underestimate your opponent. NOT “slow and steady wins the race”. If anything, the fact that it took this long to GET to the first story mission when it took you a simple matter of days the last time only PROVES that you have grown lackluster as a Roleplayer.

Oh, yeah, sure. And tell me, how often do you FOLLOW that moral of “never be overconfident”?

...My confidence in my ability is not at fault for my past failures. That FREAK of a Rotom holds more power than a lowlife like him has ANY right to bear. You know this as well as I do, seeing as you, too, have been a victim of his annual “holiday cheer”.

To be fair, I haven’t really seen a lot of that in the past few years... Or anything of him at ALL since that fight against Beta Diablo in Joyous Tower. Maybe he’s decided to retire?
Someone as stubborn as Rotom? I sincerely doubt it.

Now, if we can stop talking about insignificant GNATS for a moment, I’d like to point out that I have just reached the stairs.

Oh, right. So, what’s the plan? Are you going to join the others for the story mission?

Hmm, a tempting offer. On the one hand, I could possibly gain more EXP from the story mission, but on the other...
...Say, Piplup. How close are we, exactly, to that Outlaw we’re after?
The mission log says that the outlaw Picket Man is on the 4th floor. We are currently on the 2nd, with the 3rd floor right within your reach.
I see... In that case...
...We shall proceed as we were. We’ve already made the halfway mark, so I see no reason for us to abandon the objective now. And whether those other two decide to follow me to the end, or to leave for the story event, that’s their choice.

Well, off we go, then. (If Lushkk or idk prefers to stay in the dungeon then Beta Shadow will edit that in later)

*No, seriously. It’s a real thing.

...Some new rules, hm? ...Truthfully, I always wondered when he’d realize that the old rules were... Shall I say, unrefined?
...Not that that’s important right now. Piplup, go ahead and speak with that Bright Man, won’t you? I’ll just keep heading for the stairs and leave these other two for the other teams, seeing as this time of year puts me in such a good mood and all.

Darkrai moves four spaces left while Piplup moves a space down to talk to Bright Man.

bright-man* (I understand being a Time robot and all, but why do I have to be this... green gremlin!? I don’t even LIKE the character... Especially since he doesn’t understand that freezing time is NOT A PSYCHIC POWER-)
Am I interrupting something?
bright-man Ah, right, sorry. Let’s see, what am I supposed to do here... Ah, yes, of course.

TRICK!

Bright Man places an Attack curse! All members of Nightmare Force receive an Attack debuff!

bright-man Well, now if you excuse me... I’m going to find new friends with better taste in group costumes.

Bright Man disappears...

...Well, that was a waste. At least there are no enemies around here.
About that...

Ah, today is such a joyous day! And I’m not simply referring to our return once again to this domain of Robots and Dungeons.
The month of October has always been my favorite... The nights get longer as the winds grow cold. Shadows loom, and evil lurks in the air... I simply cannot stop myself from smiling. This is as close as it gets to my ideal world of darkness.
...And for once, I have a friend that I am able to share this with. Sure, beforehand, I had that ghost and my old Nightmare Force as companions... But they simply do not share the vision I hold. They couldn’t possibly see things the way I see them.
...Alas, it is not their fault that it is this way... Still, I have my own company to celebrate this time of year, now. Perhaps I should look forward to-

Are you going to make your turn, or...?

Ah, right, of course. I’ll carry on, then.

Darkrai looks over to Piplup.

I would hope that you won’t be rusty, but our opponent doesn’t appear to be any much of a threat.

That, we shall see.

...So, you bothered to show your face after all.
Of course. I cannot sign ourselves up if I am not present, no?
”Ourselves”? So you say you actually managed to get a partner... Forgive me when I say that I find that hard to believe. I doubt that you found someone willing enough to partake in your little scheme.
Scheme? Personally, I am insulted you’d assume so quickly that this is at all any part of a bigger plan. I will admit, my bigger goals are... far less than innocent. But, really. What would some little forum game where I parade around rescuing people and fighting criminals get me in said scheme?
I can probably name a few things. Proto MKII managed to do a whole lot with it, after all.
And that’s just what it all boils down to in the end, isn’t it? MKII’s reign of terror in the previous run... Which, may I remind you, is also YOUR fault for enabling him in the first place.
...That was a DIFFERENT me. One who was foolish, naive, and blind to who he REALLY was.
And yet, it was still you all the same. So, really, who is to blame here? The loaded gun... Or the one who pulled the trigger to begin with?
...
Ah, what an excellent expression of silent anger in your face. Perhaps it is because you know fully well that it is tru-
Just reveal that partner of yours before I reject you completely.
Right, right. Apologies, that was off-topic. I shall present to you...

Where did you get this Piplup robot from?
Made her myself. I picked up a thing or two from watching Ninja Ghost.
...”Her”? But isn’t the gender ratio of Piplups-
Before you finish that sentence and get us canceled, remind me: How strong, exactly, is our female representation?
...I shall retract my statement. But of all Pokemon... why Piplup?
I have my reasons... Now, if you excuse us, I believe we shall heading for Gentle Countryside.
You’re not going there to pester the Skull Men, are you?
Oh, please. If I wanted to spend my time pondering on the going-ons of those two skeleton-bots, I’d be continuing my presence in the RP Practice thread. I’m just going there for the EXP until the next story mission begins.
*Sigh* Suit yourself... But the update has already passed for it, so I’ll have to squeeze you in for the next one.
That is quite fine. I’ll just wait in the town square until then.

Alright, the distortion's gone and everything it has destroyed has been fixed. ...Guess it's finally time, now.
...I wonder. We've already been through one year of Part I... When's this part's anniversary exac-

...Huh.
...Well, maybe this next part'll last longer than a year.

...Welp. Here goes nothing...

INITIATING SERVER MIGRATION...

...See you guys on the other side.
END OF PART II

It's been wild, guys. Part I had a demonic doppelganger, a... ghost? have we ever established what worship even was? outside of a reaper's potential, i mean., a classic series-esque takeover gone wrong, people coming back from the dead, killer robots that resembled hedgehogs, some other guy who appeared alongside the killer 'hogs, an overstayed party, an overbearing deity, and a bunch of grey blobs who possess robots.

And Part II had the same demonic doppelganger, a robotic monarch, a chaos god... And that's it.

...Ok, so maybe this one didn't have as much going on as Part I if we placed it in simple turns, but that's fine... Maybe.

Regardless, I think it goes without saying that Chaos Zone may be one of the most influential parts of this community; I doubt there's really anywhere else- at least in places we all frequent- where Kirby and Zalgo from Creepypasta works together with a bunch of other characters to fight a demon version of Mario from a mobile game bootleg and Trio as a Battle Network OC. (And that's probably not even the weirdest thing!)

I'll be honest, too: I think that a good amount of Chaos Zone's growth and popularity came from when it came out; The Absurd Roleplay had just about the exact same concept, and yet, it only ever had ~2/15 of the comments CZ had (NP's unofficial continuation included!). And I think it has... at least a little bit of when it came out: Not only during the year of 2020 (let's face it, a chaotic roleplay like this one is befitting of such a chaotic year), but it was also during a time when roleplays were beginning to boom once again (thanks, Retro!).

But despite all that, what really makes this roleplay so prominent in the community is you guys. It's because of all of you that this roleplay thrives, and I am truly thankful for that.

Thanks for your participation. See you guys in Part III.

Jazz finally manages to connect to the roleplay's code.

Ok, I'm finally in. Good. Now, before I do the server migration, I should probably repair those planets lost by the distortions...

Jazz gets to work on just that.

What the...?

Jazz attempts to revert the distortions spreading across the universe...

ACCESS DENIED

Jazz once again attempts to revert the distortions...

ACCESS DENIED

Jazz tries to override the denial of access...

OVERRIDE DENIED

Jazz suddenly finds himself disconnected to the roleplay's code, and tries to reconnect...

ACCESS DENIED

Uh, Missingno...?

Jazz looks around for Missingno, only to find he has left.

(Dammit, why did he have to leave now...?)

As Beta X charges at Beta Devil, the latter smirks. He then jumps out of the way at the last moment, causing Beta X to crash on the floor!

Cute.

As Beta X gets up, he is immediately kicked in the gut by Devil, knocking him away!

Alright, I think I've had about enough of this.

Suddenly, Beta X's aura skyrockets as he charges at Beta Devil, his Vengeance ring emitting a powerful glow!

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!

Beta Devil watches the attack coming for him... Then smirks. A completely different aura overtakes him as time- or, rather, his perception of it- is slowed to a complete and utter crawl. Beta Devil takes this moment to find wherever he threw Awakened Zero and carry him right in front of Beta X. Beta Devil then moves out of the way and watches as his perception of time returns to normal, with Beta X punching Absolute Zero directly with Payback!

Oh, dear. It appears I made you hit your little friend instead... How awfully treacherous of me.
...I... I don't follow. Was that a joke?
...Because I'm using treachery?
Oh. ...Really?
...Do you even know what Treachery is? Or it's counterpart, Chivalry?*
I know what it is. I've just never seen it before.
Much like how I don't see the point of you learning all this. Dou... Treachery... Surely they're not truly stronger than your Berserk Instinct, right? So why did you waste your time plotting just to learn two measly forms- no, not even full-fledged transformations, but simple techniques?
...Ah, what the hell. I've got what I wanted and played around with you two long enough, anyways... Let's bring it on home, shall we?
Somewhere in Space

Suddenly, a small, insignificant distortion can be felt for exactly 5 milliseconds. Nothing appears wrong to the untrained eye, but if one was to look closely, they may see that the position of the stars in the area are about .15 nanometers off...**
Payback - (Explode/Damage) Powered by Beta X's Vengeance Ring, Beta X unleashes an attack equivalent to the accumulative damage dealt to him for the duration of an entire fight. Ignores all forms of damage alterations, including defense, weakness, and resistance.
*Introduced by HighTower back in The Chaos Zone, Part I (Page 169, Posts #10 & 12 )
**Just for clarity, I will say that this has nothing to do with Beta Devil or any other ongoing plot.

Oh, I wouldn't doubt it.

Suddenly, Beta Shadow appears at the entrance.

Eh, I can practice martial arts at any time I want.
Besides, apparently Theta was real adamant about me helping to protect this... "Shadow Orb" thing. So, I figured I'd drop by here first to see what all is going down.

Meanwhile, Kool-Aid Man approaches Trill before conjuring an empty glass.

Alright, what flavor would you like?

Crystal Catacombs

...Ok...?

...By the way, you're in the location of the wrong Crystal Eye.

What!? How long were you going to wait to tell us that!?

I was waiting for Null to leave.

*Sigh* So where's the real Crystal Eye?

...Actually, Mighty broke it. It is now a flowerpot. (Or at least I think that's what that post implied.)

Mighty broke the-
...Wait, Mighty broke the Crystal Eye? ...Huh. Good on him, actually.
crystal-man I have no idea what the air is talking about, but if you have no reason to be here anymore, I think it's high time the both of you get out of here, too.
What, did you predict us leaving, too?
crystal-man I don't need to be a psychic to know that you two annoy me.
Then a word of advice before we go: Go find Psi Foretell. I'm sure he can give you some pointers on how to be a REAL fortune teller.

Eta creates a portal of which the both of them enters, leaving the scene with the portal closing behind them.
Little Papa Beta's

reggae Here, I'll get it! I'll get it!

Moto soon realizes that Reggae isn't heading for the cash register or the kitchen.

reggae HEY, KOOL-AID! KOOL-AID, SQUAWK!

A rumbling sound is heard... Then, suddenly, from the nearby wall-

OH YEAH!!!

Kool-Aid Man
Wall-Crashing Hero of Hydration

Ninja Yokai simply converts temporarily into a ghost-like state to avoid Rhys' attack!

Please. Thanks to the Anti-Omni Corruption, I am capable of becoming incorporeal without having to leave my own body. In fact, I could use ALL my tricks as a Data Ghost.

Suddenly, Ninja Yokai is struck in the back by a Phantom Katana!

And yet, you've forgotten an important detail...
Ghosts like I can still harm other ghosts.
"Ghosts like I"? Don't compare myself to you. You are a betrayal of your true self.
*

For starters, despite your protests, you haven't truly done anything to prevent being replaced for Discorded Adventures V2. Instead, you went into a form of "retirement".

*

Except... It only started as mere "retirement", didn't it? Surely, over time, you have noticed.

*

Your previous right-hand betrays you, and you do nothing to force him back into line.

*

Furthermore, you have started to even lend a slight helping hand to not only Reaper, but to your other enemies, as well.

*

And then, not only do you take up the mantle as Beta Shadow's Pseudoreaper in order to help them overtake Jazz MKIII...

*

...You also helped Beta Shadow to calm down when signs of Beta Devil's return first started cropping up. But that isn't ALL you did.

*
*

You also made this very world- an amalgamation of worlds known and unknown, filled to the brim with the Omniverse's finest warriors, just for a shot to rid the world of Beta Devil.

*
*
*

...And then, you helped Laser Joe out of his little rut.

*

[You may deny it, but the evidence is undeniable... You've become what you despised. [i]You became a HERO.
]{swift_flame}

[ Beta Diablo has freed me from such a fate. [u]And now, I have become who I truly am!]{swift_flame}
...Have you? Think about it: What even was the reason we were evil? What even was our endgoal?
We were only evil for the sake of being so. We had no motive. So even if I AM good, at least I'm still myself, unlike YOU.
Phantom Katana - (Empty/Cutter) Ninja Phantom's version of the Ninja Katana. It's longer, and... Well, that's really the only difference.

HahahahahahahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Oh! Oh, boy. You are both just adorable.

...Listen. Team Mecha.

This isn't your roleplay. Nor does it belong to golden boy. This roleplay. Is of MY design. And I am not afraid to-

*Suddenly, Team Mecha loses all of their powers gained from the HEX Adaptors onwards. Brash Buster is also fully healed, revived if need be. Team Mecha is then left at the mercy of Libra.*

*A note appears on Team Mecha's head as everything Beta Devil has done is also reversed:*

Don't screw with Ninja Phantom.
