@Master Alicia : Scan him and use the swaps so you can lower his/boost your stats. Then use his weakness. Or just Take damage and energy swap. Never fought him so hehe

Rename Turbo's Man skill to "Custom Engine".
Drill Man Skill: Rushing Worker: Raise speed or attack at the end of each turn
2 ideas for a skill for Cloud Man:
Rainy Cloud: Allows Water type abilities to be equipped.
Thunderstorm: Raises the electric field multiplier by .1 at the end of each turn.

Lamest idea ever: increase accuracy of weapons proportionate to field multipliers. Cannot go lower. Cannot go over 99

To BEAT it, (explosions... are art!), get fire man with (level 100?) charge module, flame buster, flame shot, fire chaser, field support, and flame overdrive. use field support, and then spam flame buster and use overdrive when low.
