Rebound Striker: Opposite Gemini Laser Basically (bcz gl does less damage the more it goes so make rebound striker do opposite and maybe select target)

How exactly does Gemini Clone work? According to the desc. , it should copy my moves when there's enough WE, but it doesn't.

Okay, so I know you have to neutral-only a boss in order to get it, but I've neutral-only-ed a boss (in bonus field 2), but I didn't get it. Glitch? Or is it like that on purpose?
