Honestly, I think my votes up to this point have explained who my vote is.

Not Cut Man. Too easy.
Not Sunstar. Only appeared in one game.
Going for Gemini Man for the win.

I only got one favorite left in the competition...looks like I'll be voting for him to win this entire thing. He's among the three listed here...

Cut Man Decided to do Quick Man instead since his opponent is on quite the run...Cut Man is easy to beat anyway.

Going with Sunstar here. He isn't my first pick in the Grand Division, but since he's being dominant in this division, might as well let him finish.

Long story short, I'm jumping off the bandwagons this time.

Let's be honest for a moment, Zero as a character is pretty good, but I do not like how fans have portrayed him in fan recreations and games of the Classic series. So I might be going against the bandwagon here, but I will vote for Higsby instead.
Star Man. They are both space bots, yes, but I think I will go against the Sunstar bandwagon.

I'm actually quite shocked that Wily got taken down. Maybe some of my favorites have a chance after all...

...Moving to the present.

Zero. Blizzard Man wasn't that memorable.
Higsby. Doc Robot in the games wasn't too memorable either.
Star Man. Again, another not so memorable opponent.
Sunstar. Was a really tough choice, since each one was slightly memorable. Skull Man is pretty easy to beat, though, so I'll give this one to Sunstar.

I'm happy with either one, but think I'll give Mikey a show. I'm going Ring Man.

Albert Wily
Ring Man

Easy choices for me.

Albert Wily. This hurts a bit, Mega Man Volnutt is quite the character in the Legends series, but he's up against the most famous villain in the entire franchise. Any other opponent and I would have thought longer on not voting against Volnutt.
Bass.exe. Duo is kind of cool, but Bass.exe is that one optional (except BN3) boss that doesn't show up to fight you until you've proven yourself ready to fight him.
Metal Man. This one could go either way for me, but I think the concept of Metal Man is cooler, and throwing blades is more useful than a close range kick that could still get you damaged anyway.
Ring Man. Got to go with the space-themed bot once again.

For much of the same reasons as TheDoc, I feel Vile is much more well known as a character, and adding that Vile has appeared in multiple games as opposed to Terra just appearing in one game. For me the choice would be a lot harder if it was Bass vs Vile instead.

Terra, both have only appeared in one game, and guess which one had more of an effect on the story?
Vile, while I like Galaxy Man overall, it is hard to overlook how significant of a character Vile was. Vile is more fun to fight anyway, so there you go.

Hopping on the bandwagons, not even thinking twice.

Terra (Easy choice here, one led the Stardroids and was one of the few to beat Mega Man in battle, the other was just another Hunter turned Maverick)
Kalinka Cossack (Honestly could go either way here, just choosing the one I am a TAD more familiar with)
Galaxy Man (I like space-themed bots, why wouldn't I choose him?)
Vile (Come on, this is the rival in the Mega Man X that always manages to come back for more even after he was destroyed many times. Tengu Man only came back once.)

Roll Going with Ballade here.

Ballade, cause Air Man thrives on being a meme, while Ballade actually is a strong robot designed to fight Mega Man.

Normally I would vote for Tron Bonne, but unfortunately she got matched up with one of my favorites in the competition.

Going to have to go with Sigma on this one. At least it makes it more likely the character that I WANT to win this will win since Mega Man is gone...

I will give the nod here to Dark Man 4 since I think Shadow Man is a taaad overrated.

Now this one I'm not sure, but when I did my little "how this tournament would go if only my votes counted", I gave the nod to Mega Man only because although Sigma is cool as a character, I like Mega Man just slightly more. To be honest, I'm fine with whoever wins here, but do think this time around some people are anti-Mega Man. :/

Only tricky one for me was Dark Man IV versus Tomahawk Man. I will give the nod to the regular Robot Master here, only because I thought IV was forgettable.

There's quite a few ways to analyze this battle, none of which do not involve how they fight.

So, instead of that, I'm just going to say I like Enker more than Punk.
