Current Version: Alpha since it is the first crossover experimental RP like the MM: TTC. I might have the Mega Man series city as the main setting for my reasons.
You are the dispatcher/operator versusing the master of putting unwanted incidents especially prank calls such as speeding, wildfire, pickpocket, house on fire and other things. As who could find all the masters that are hidden some of the place completed the scenario while others who are caught by either police officers, medics, or firefighters but if failed, it will restart as to give a player some time to think of their strategies. In fact, you can have your OCs as your own units if you desired to customizing. Just like Raid Bosses in TTC, the masters of inducing unwanted incidents will have their locations hidden, making searching for them a bit harder.

- Best to deploy your units to somewhere before starting which you don't know that incidents can unexpectedly pop out of nowhere
- Some suspects could be armed with guns, or superpowers that could inflict on one of units so do be careful of that.

Uhh... I don't understand this 100%, but I'll try anyways.

Skill: Heat Vision
Proto's visor has heat vision properties, which allows you to see enemies through objects from a small distance.
Strong point: Deals double damage and has a bit more speed.
Weak point: Takes double damage.
So what do I do now?

(You have the 6 police units in some of their own police vehicles, 6 medic unit in either in ambulance or medical car and 8 firefighter units in their firetruck though you can customized the units but not to worry you can recruit new units, or buy new vehicle. So Proto Man might be the police since he will be the one to save some people)

I saw the house burning on the ground and that was the last time I saw a guy in my sight but he ran away before I could.

Sending 2 firetrucks...
Also sending my custom police unit, Proto man, in there, and he'll use his Heat Vision to see if anyone(human or animal) is inside the house, then save it from the fire.

He sees 1 people who's laying unconscious on the ground, the man will need the medical attention and 1 animal who's still cute Labrador alive running in there within the house as the firetrucks arrived just in time to put the flames out with the water.

He didn't see any of suspects who did this but though he did see a piece of a red scarf, it's pretty orangish red and it is warm on Proto Man's hand...

Jasper: You got the clue of someone, this could reveal one of their locations and you got the positive reputation for saving them. Oh, you also get a call from a someone which you can send some of your units down or ignore the call only if it's a prank call or non serious call. Least you could communicate callers far away with the wireless headphones.

Jasper looks around while laying down on the ground as he was a bit scared of something will happen to the city. Little he and Proto Man knows, that someone who had blue dyed hair was watching them from very far distance and it look like a sleepy girl before it quickly run away. Will it flood the place, or purposely water poison people?

Bet it was Neo Ton, he has an orange scarf and he's a fire guardian. I hate these Guardians: All of them steal my idea of a scarf, when they don't even know how to use it right! I'll blast those fools if I see them.

Jasper: I bet, I was the one wearing bandana on my neck and I guess that they like scarves except for Claire, Jay, Drafraidon, Theodore, Steve and Leo whose doesn't get their own books by the author. Least, the 3rd to 4th Arc Guardians doesn't cause some chaos otherwise it would be very bad. *Then he heard some of water waving noises coming which it is from the Flash Flood flushing through before it quickly crash some of places like 2 or another*

Proto Man, instead of saving the people, sends 4 firefighters and 3 medics to do that, all in boats, while he plus 2 police units go up to Alicia(it's obviously her).

Of those units, a non-particular machine steps forth, waiting in line with the others as a monitor displays the current situation.

[Effect: Can further customize police bots to perform certain tasks]
