HELLOOOOOO, MMRPG!

Welcome one and all to the Fusion Saga! Below are some of the rules for this epic Tourney, so let's get straight to it!

General
-This will be a 2 vs. 2 tourney, with 16 teams total
-2 teams max. per person.
-You have until Sunday (May. 22nd) to apply
-Each match will have a whole 2 days to fight. After that, I will decide the winner based on the amount of damage a team takes.

Character Creation
-I'm going to start off by saying that this is going to be different than other tourneys. Unlike those, I will be personally approving characters as they enter. If they violate the rules, I will deny them until they re-apply with the correct rules. I feel like this way is the most efficient way to not-op characters. That being said, let's move on to the normal stuff:

-No OP characters
-No OP moves
-I would prefer if you kept all characters within the MM universe. Anything beyond that, and I will judge depending on where the character is from. You have been warned.
-Each Character must follow the following format:

Name: (This is your name. Duh. Mugshots are appreciated, and custom mugshots are allowed.)
Core: (You're core type! Please make sure that your moves all are the same type as your core. No Copy Cores allowed, as they can use every kind of move. Dual-type cores, however, ARE allowed)
Moves: (A list of moves that the character can use. Please make sure they're all the same type as your core. Maximum of 6 moves)
Overdrive: (Ah, what's an Overdrive? Well, an overdrive is a move a robot can use once per match, that is much more powerful than the basic moves. Please only make ONE Overdrive.)
Items: (Normal Items. 3 max per person, no Yasichis.)

-Now, say that you don't want to use an Overdrive. Well, I'm glad to tell you you're in luck, because you don't have to! Instead, I heavily, and I mean HEAVILY support the use of fusion in each match! Just note that you can't fuse AND use the overdrive in the same match. So, deliver a quick burst of pain, or get a medium boost? Yours to decide!

Ban List
-No Doctors (Dr. Light, Dr. Wily, Dr. Cossack, etc.)
-No Slur/Trill
-No Mega Man, Proto Man, or Bass
-No Wily Bosses (Gamma, Wily Machines, etc.)

The Hub
-The Hub is the place where robots can socialize, train, etc.
-Training is only available before the bracket is created, and between matches.
-No fighting should occur in the Hub unless they are Training.
-Only 2 people/teams in the training room at a time.

Remember that I have the right to ban any uncooperative players or godmodders. You have been warned, m8.

Summary: Alto and Requiem were made by Dr. Sharma mainly for her to have friends to talk to. However, Requiem loved combat, and got jealous of Sharma's other robots having all of the glory. Dr. Sharma then changed her into the equivalent of a Super Fighting Robot, but unfortunately due to using a Support Bot base to make Super Fighting Robot Requiem, she got stuck with neutral core, but was luckily outfitted with a Shadow Core. Although Alto was made with a Super Fighting Robot base, he doesn't enjoy combat as much as Requiem.
Number: DSL-01A (Doctor Sharma's leaders_
Core: Cutter/Space
Moves: Ring Orbiter (An orbiting shield made up of rings similar to that of the planet Jupiter, only has defensive capabilities) Buster Shot Energy Leech (drains target's LE and the user recovers about half of the damage done) Defense Leech (The user drains the target's defense, and defense is boosted by about half of the damage done Swiss Army Knife (A short ranges slicing attack that lowers defense Faux Buster(the buster shot does not affect the opponent if hit, but is used to keep the target on their toes. Does not miss, rapid fire. The opponent may find out eventually that these shots don't really do anything)
Overdrive: Robot Ressurect (if Requiem has fallen in battle, this will revive her to full LE)

Overdrive: Lavender Nightmare (Requiem will slam her morning star on the ground. Holes will open up in the battlefield and start shooting bursts of blue flames at the targets)
Items: Energy Pellet Attack Capsule [Weapon Capsule]{weapon}

Fusion: Interlude: Requiem and Alto fuse together, creating a tall robot with five yellow eyes. She has three arms and wears red armor, seemingly made of silk. Her appearance is spider-like, and can shoot a rapid-fire stream of buster shots from her mouth. Her three arms control different types of attacks, one controls support moves, one controls short ranged attacks, and the last controls ling ranged attacks. Energy Leech inflicts more damage and leeches off 100% of the damage dealt to recover the user's LE, rather than 50%. Requiem's Morning Star can move faster, and Faux Buster inflicts minor damage, but can only be blocked to nullify damage.

Copy Cores are banned in this tourney. Of course, you could always change Meta temporarily to a water-cutter core to keep that Fire Cutter, but i'm afraid Meta's half-copy Core, the Copy Shot, and the Copy Core Overdrive will have to go.

@rotomslashblast : Denied
Almost perfect, but i'm afraid that that "Item Sabotage" move could be abused. Switch it with another move, and you'll be gr8 m8.

@MusicalKitty : Reminder
You can have both an Overdrive AND a fusion to your robots, but you can't use both in the same match. In other words, you could use an Overdrive in Match 1, Overdrive in Match 2, and then Fusion in Match 3, but never both in one Match. Give Alto and Requiem Overdrives, and you're set!

Moves: Shadow Buster Reaper's Scythe (A close-ranged attack that can leech health / energy from its targets.) Time Rip (An attack similar to Flash Man's Flash Stopper. It lasts for a longer time, but it requires more energy.) Dark Nebula (A Black Hole Bomb-like attack that attempts to drag targets closer to it.) Hellfire Scythe (A scythe set on fire that attempts to strike wildly at anything close by. It can deal heavy damage, and burn targets, but requires a lot of energy.)
Overdrive: Death Chip (Reaper Man gains a immense boost to his attack and speed capabilities, and his normal close-ranged Reaper's Scythe now shoots a beam of energy for extra range. However, this causes Reaper Man to become uncontrollable and berserk.

Moves: Flame Fork (A three-pronged spear-like weapon appears for Daemon to wield. It hits fast, but does not inflict much damage.) Lava Spout (Similar to Flame Man's Flame Blast, except with a larger area.) Magma Shield (A shield that absorbs Flame-core attacks, and can be used to bash opponents.) Magma Axe (A heavy axe that is able to pierce through armor, but is heavy and slow.)
Overdrive: Volcanic Eruption (A large-area attack that shoots out burning rocks at random spots nearby, shaking the ground and heating up anything nearby.)

Dialogue for stuff already? Count me in on it. I already have some planned dialogue.

Beta and Sargent was just walking around town, Beta telling Sargent a story...

...And then we randomly found this teleporter and went through it. And that was when we landed up in Quick Man's stage. (Note: this is a reference to Chapter 1 of Beta and Mega Adventures, if you haven't noticed.)
