ok. I told Bt i was gonna make this SOMETIME. Anyways, this is the 5th Annual Tournament. (If you don't count any of my previous or one of ShadowShuriken's Ones).

RULES:
First, Time To Submit. I'm Gonna Let you guys Submit Robot Masters and characters until 5:30 PM This Tuesday, the 26th. If we need to, We'll Vote on another Day. Also, You have to Stay Active. I'll count you as *Dropped Out* Or *inactive*.
Second: You can only Reserve 5 Robots. Another thing is, I can set Other People's Bots As alts, if they are reserving a RM someone else has.
3rd: Please Try not to Make your Battles last over 3 Weeks. It'll Be fair if we have a Battle for about 1 week or 1 and a Half Weeks.
4th: The Contestents will Be placed in a Random.org Placing. Top to Bottom. IE: Me vs Bt Man. we were at the top of the List.
5th: i'm Taking some Contestants Over from my last Thread to here.
6th: i have a Banned List.

bass_swift Ok, this time I'm paying attention to who else joins.
mega-man_shadow You won't win this time. I came prepared and asked Dr. Light for some new weapons!

Around the corner, 3 robots looks wearing hoods, then goes back into hiding.
robot So, there's a tournament, ey?
The one on the left of the leader takes off his hood, just to reveal another hood... but one of familiar sights.
ice-man_alt9 Finally, a chance to shine!
The one on the right takes off his hood, and an oh-so-familiar flame awakens.
fire-man_alt9 Boss, why do I have to wear a hood? I'm lucky enough I didn't burn it.
The leader takes off his hood now, and it seems to be... Evil Man, from my Battle and Fighters RP. (Click link for more information. Please don't post, for it is dead.)
bass_shadow Evil Fire Man! Evil Ice Man! Settle down! As my creations, I order you to stay quiet! We'll take down every single one of them... Especially with my new SHADOW WEAPON COPY SYSTEM!
mega-man_shadow ...Did you hear something?
bass_swift ...No, not really.
Here's an idea I have: We can form teams of 2 to 5. Makes things a bit more interesting. (You don't have to do this, it's just a suggestion)

mega-man_shadow Because I kinda wanted to. So, before we train, let's take a look at the competition. Hm... Meta and some person named Elec Sigma... Crash Man, Cyro Man, and Guard Man... and then theres... !!! That's impossible!
bass_swift Who is it? *Looks at list* EVIL MAN!? That traitor is back!?
--BACKSTORY--
Evil Man was designed by Dr. Wily to destroy Mega Man and the other Light Bots. However, Evil Man seemed content on world domination and destroying all robots to make sure only he rules, so Evil Man was shut down. However, he returned, and it took heroes and villains such as Bt Man, Ninja Man, Mega Man, Proto Man, Bass, Meta, Zero, Retro Pikachu, and more to take down this ultimate villain. Apparently, he has returned, with help from copies of Fire Man and Ice Man.
mega-man_shadow What is he up to...
bass_swift I don't know, but it seems like trouble.

...One Thing, We all Heal up, As this is only Training. If we push Limits Too Far, I got some Extra Lives and E-Tanks... bass_water I still got the Water sword... *Water Sword Hits Cyro Man*
