I was looking through the database and saw Quint. I've never encountered him in the story, or from any stars.
How to fight Quint?

It's basically random, you just have to keep going and you might find him.

Wrong.

You have to get all 1024 stars, and when hovering over each mission in the stars tab, if it says Lets Go! thats a sure sign of Quint

Oh, right, I think he just becomes more common the more stars you get. He's guaranteed to be in one mission once you have all 1024

just make sure to find a shaking star, and you'll be good (unless it's the first time, all stars shake, so ignore that).

just remember that quint's fight takes place after the star force battle.

Star shaking means bots you haven't unlocked are in the star field.
