The Omega Seed gives special effects to your robots, it's kinda random what effects are

Thank you. So if an Omega upgrade is fire, if I chose Fire Man, he'd deal more damage?

No, each robot gets a random effect i think
You can't choose which robots get the effect nor the effect itself
Actually, there is another thread talking about this somewere, so i think you should go there
It's called "What to do with Omega Seed" if i remember
