Well to make this fair, you have to beat the game first or else this won’t work. You also need to obtain the Mecha Support (which is earned by beating the Intro Stage 8 Times, beat it 9 and get something else)

Can You Beat Quint With Field Booster As a Item And Only Moves That Match The core type and only 1 Robot?

What are the chances of meeting Quint? And, I can't beat faster than the speed of sound with neutral only, and 3, is it okay if the shield is like water/shield?

You encounter Quint through the starforce.
Hover over any of the fields and look for text at the end that says "Let's go!" and that's where Quint will show up at.
After defeating the robots on the field, Quint will show up, riding Sakugarne.

Going to be starting from scratch in an alt though, I would rather not restart any progress from here
One for one, the new speed mechanic makes it so that the Met doesn't even have a turn to retaliate.
Cut Man, done. I one-shot all of his Fleas, then spammed Mega Buster. This has unlocked both Cut Man and Roll, the former going to likely be a useful asset due to his above-average attack and speed. Time to do Elec Man next, which means our Blue Bomber is going to have to take a backseat. Cut Man will be doing the heavy lifting on this one.
Boom. Cut Man one-shots Elec Man with Rising Cutter. Yeah, exploiting his weakness was pretty cheap but we're not here for honerable bouts. We're here to make progress.
3 missions, donerino. Let's go.
Time Man takes Mega Man out in 2 hits. Roll steps up and takes him on with the save.

1. Beat any Freeze Robot with only robots that are weak to a freeze core (ex. fire man)
2. Beat any Robot that resists, supports, or blocks Freeze Abilities
3. Get 1,000,000 Zenny with only Freeze Cores
4. Use every Freeze Core Robot as many times as their alt costumes
5. Dont use Flame or Electric Weapons on anything
